K	Kristína Truchanová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keby to šlo nedala by som ani hviezdu. Asi najhoršia pumpa na akú môžete natrafiť, radšej sa jej vyhnite. Veľmi arogantná obsluha. Pani na kase oznámila, že toalety sú zatvorené pretože na nich ľudia robia bordel a ona to nemieni upratovať, sortiment v predajni nič moc, ceny vysoké. Predavačka sa správala, akoby jej patril celý svet a nikto jej nemal právo nič povedať. If I could, I wouldn't even give a star. Probably the worst pump you can come across, you better avoid it. Very arrogant service. The lady at the cash register announced that the toilets are closed because people are making a mess on them and she does not intend to clean it, the assortment in the store is not much, the prices are high. The saleswoman acted as if the whole world belonged to her and no one had the right to say anything to her.
R	Radomír Mikeš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již nikdy více. Včera jsme se tam kolem 18,00 hod. zastavovali, jelikož jsem potřeboval jít na záchod. Záchody byly pochopitelně zamčeny, klíč u obsluhy. Když jsem o klíč požádal, tak se mě paní v kase zeptala, jak dlouho mi to bude trvat, jelikož za 5 minut má paní uklízečka v plánu provádět úklid!? Když jsem se snažil argumentovat, zda se jí takové chování vůči hostům zdá normální, hleděla na mne jak blbá. Poté, co jsem jí klíč zase vrátil, dlouho jej demonstrativně přede mnou desinfikoval, poněvadž byl mokrý od mých rukou. Ty bych si samozřejmě předtím utřel, kdyby bylo na WC čím. Docela jsem se divil, že má benzínka vlastní uklízečku, protože podle úrovně čistoty a vybavení na WC to tak rozhodně nevypadalo. Otřesné jednání personálu! Never again. Yesterday we stopped there around 6 pm because I needed to go to the toilet. The toilets were, of course, locked, the key to the staff. When I asked for the key, the lady in the cash register asked me how long it would take me, because the cleaning lady plans to do the cleaning in 5 minutes !? As I tried to argue that such behavior towards her guests seemed normal, she looked at me as stupid. After I returned the key to her, he demonstratively disinfected it in front of me for a long time, because it was wet from my hands. Of course, I would wipe them before if there was anything on the toilet. I was quite surprised that the gas station has its own cleaning lady, because according to the level of cleanliness and equipment on the toilet, it definitely didn't look like that. Terrible staff!
