★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi ochotná firma. Jako jediná z mnou oslovených nabídla zdarma dovoz a zapůjčení vzorníku parapetů (lamino). Vzorník na doma je ideální, aby člověk viděl, jak který dekor vypadá přímo v prostoru, kam se osadí budoucí parapet, prohlížení parapetů na prodejně nestačí (což mi nabízely některé konkureční firmy). Po telefonu a emailu jsme doladili rozměry včetně výřezů a zaslali finální kalkulaci. Chválím rychlou komunikaci. Potom jsem potvrdil objednávku a za cca dva pracovní dny parapety vyrobili a doručili vlastní dopravou. Zásilka pečlivě zabalená. Rozměry i výřezy parapetů přesně seděly dle požadavků.
Very helpful company. As the only one I contacted, she offered free import and loan of a window sill swatch (laminate). The swatch at home is ideal for one to see what kind of decor looks right in the space where the future window sill will be installed, viewing the window sills in the store is not enough (which some competing companies offered me). We adjusted the dimensions, including cutouts, by phone and email and sent the final calculation. I praise the fast communication. Then I confirmed the order and in about two working days the window sills were made and delivered by their own transport. Shipment carefully packed. The dimensions and cut-outs of the window sills fit exactly as required.
