★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel nemohu tento obchod doporučit. Objednal jsem manželce parfém k narozeninám za 2 549 Kč. Balíček přišel rozbalený a pomačkaný. Krabička s parfémem uvnitř byla také celá pomačkaná, takže jako dárek absolutně nevhodné. Kontaktoval jsem parfemy.cz 2.7. s popsáním situace a s tím, že má manželka 5.7. narozeniny, takže bych to potřeboval rychle vyřešit. Oni mi 7.7. odepsali, že mám balíček odeslat zpět a oni mi v rámci dobrých vztahů proplatí poštovné. Což mi přišlo jako hloupý vtip, že kvůli jejich a dopravce chybě jsem neměl pořádný dárek a ještě po mně chtějí, abych šel na poštu odeslal balíček zpět a objednal si nový. S touto informací přišli už po manželčiných narozeninách, takže pro mě velké zklamání. Už u nich nikdy nenakoupím.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this store. I ordered my wife's birthday perfume for CZK 2,549. The package came unpacked and crumpled. The box with the perfume inside was also completely crumpled, so it was absolutely unsuitable as a gift. I contacted parfemy.cz 2.7. with a description of the situation and with the fact that my wife 5.7. birthday, so I need to resolve this quickly. They me 7.7. they wrote off that I had to send the package back and they would pay me the postage as part of a good relationship. Which seemed like a silly joke to me that due to their error and the carrier, I didn't have a proper gift and they still want me to go to the post office, send the package back and order a new one. They came up with this information after my wife's birthday, so a big disappointment for me. I will never buy from them again.
