About Park Lane Cafe
O naší kávě
Velmi nám záleží na kvalitě všech surovin, které v naší kavárně Park Lane Cafe používáme. Dlouho jsme hledali dodavatele kávy špičkové kvality, který by splňoval naše požadavky:
- namíchání espresso směsi pouze z káv ze 100% arabiky
- upražení kávy nám na míru do takové tmavosti, aby chuťový profil byl lahodný jak v espressu, tak v nejoblíbenějších kávových nápojích, jako je Latte macchiato a Cappuccino
- čerstvost kávy
- stabilní kvalita
- lokální pražírna
Nakonec nám bylo přáno, našli jsme brněnskou pražírnu Malena. S majitelem Pavlem Malenou jsme namíchali a upražili směs optimální chuti i tmavosti.
A pro opravdové kávové labužníky máme na druhém fresh mlýnku vždy nějakou výběrovou jednodruhovou 100% arabiku z různých koutů světa ze zahraničních i lokálních pražíren.
Dělá nám radost Vám nabízet skvělé věci. Přijďte ochutnat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like it here. The coffee is always very good. But they could really work on the breakfasts. It's usually just eggs with bread (no vegetable or anything) and they are very greasy (had them three times, always the same). But the staff is real nice and their sweets are yummy.

I recommend it with all my heart. The staff is great and kind with English speakers, the coffees are delicious, the sweets are breathtaking (especially the banana cheesecake) and the breakfast options are incredibly tasty. And no, I'm not getting paid to write all these compliments ; this is just the best coffee place I've ever been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic cafe. Probably one of the best I have been to in Eastern Europe.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful, with great English.
The food was flawless. It's easy to see that there's a lot of care put into the food and drinks served here. If you arrive in the morning you might be lucky enough to have the freshly baked cakes sat on the counter next to you.
I recommend trying the special breakfast if you go in the morning. At other times, they have a great selection of ciabatta, bageutte sandwiches, or wraps.
Extras include great WiFi, a kids corner, and outdoor seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, so excellent. I have dropped in a handful of times and always found something on the menu that would whet my appetite. The breakfasts, in particular, I have enjoyed, since there is generally an interesting trio of options as well as a fantastically stuffing "Royal Breakfast", which was truly good value even for me (I didn't take the included glass of Sekt, as I don't drink). The service doesn't hover, but moves through all parts on a regular basis, on the alert for eye contact.
One small recommendation - unless bracing fresh air is part of your best digestive process, avoid the small table right by the back door when staff are busy dealing with a flow of supplies etc. as the gust will definitely clean out your lungs and make you aware of it if you're in shorts.
