★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nově vznikající residence přímo uprostřed srdce Zlína. Jde bohužel vidět, že se jedná o bydlení, které je ušitou horkou jehlou. Jakmile bude objekt dostavěný, bude snad krásně zapadat do města. Rezidence Park Tower nabídne opravdu mnoho vyžití pro široké spektrum lidí. Byty jsou však beznadějně vyprodány, k bytu máte parkovací místo, a to buď kryté/nekryté. Ceny bytu jsou vyšší.
 Newly emerging residence right in the middle of the heart of Zlín. Unfortunately, it can be seen that this is housing that is sewn with a hot needle. Once the building is completed, it will hopefully fit beautifully into the city. The Park Tower Residence offers a lot of activities for a wide range of people. However, the apartments are hopelessly sold out, you have a parking space for the apartment, either covered / uncovered. Apartment prices are higher.
