J	Jan Skalický on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkovali jsme v červenci. Místa dost, povrch štěrk. Parkoviště nemá automat na placení při výjezdu!!! Protože jsme šli z parkoviště vlevo, tabuli na boudě o placení jsme samozřejmě neviděli. Po návratu hořké překvapení. Musí se jít platit k automatu až na nejhořejší parkoviště P1. POZOR!!! Automat u infocentra není pro toto parkoviště!!! To je zas městské a lístek platí jen u infocentra. Zaplacení, respektive odjetí nám tak trvalo 30 minut. A nebyli jsme sami. To je od majitele na vyřešení. Doporučení: parkujte až nahoře na posledním parkovišti P1 před hranicemi. We parked in July. Places enough, surface gravel. The car park does not have a vending machine on departure !!! Of course, since we left the parking lot on the left, we did not see the payment board on the shed. After returning bitter surprise. They have to go to the machine up to the uppermost parking lot P1. ATTENTION!!! The infotainment automat is not for this car park !!! It is urban again and the ticket is valid only at the information center. So it took us 30 minutes to pay or leave. And we weren't alone. This is from the owner to resolve. Recommendation: Park up on the last P1 parking lot in front of the border.
M	Maciej Fluder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opłata około 50 koron za kilka godzin. Płatność w automacie przy górnym parkingu, potem pół godziny na wyjazd. Nie warto parkować poza wyznaczonymi miejscami, bo czeka niemiła niespodzianka w postaci blokady. Dobre miejsce na początek wypadu w Karkonosze (szczególnie wejście na śnieżkę). Lepiej przejechać przez granicę do Czech i właśnie tutaj zaparkować niż na poboczu koło schroniska po polskiej stronie. The fee is around 50 CZK for a few hours. Payment in the machine at the upper car park, then half an hour to leave. It is not worth parking outside the designated places, because there is an unpleasant surprise in the form of a blockade. A good place to start a trip to the Giant Mountains (especially ascent to snowball). It is better to cross the border to the Czech Republic and park here, rather than on the side of the road near the hostel on the Polish side.
T	Tomáš Polák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobré výchozí místo pro turisty lačnící po výstupu do hor. Nonstop otevřeno, všechno je automatické, žádná obsluha široko daleko. Cena je standardní vysokohorská, ale s tím se musí v této lokalitě počítat. Za mne doporučuji a přeji spokojené zákazníky. A good starting point for hungry hikers after climbing the mountains. Open 24 hours a day, everything is automatic, no service far and wide. The price is standard alpine, but this must be taken into account in this location. I recommend and wish satisfied customers for me.

Parkovné je na můj vkus vysoké, ale je v KRNAPu! Zabezpečení žádné, pouze 1 kamera. Paid parking with barriers and vending machine. Parking next to the road at Spálený mlýn from Dolní Malá Úpa to Horní Malá Úpa. The parking fee is high for my taste, but it is in KRNAP! Security no, only 1 camera.

M	Martin Sedlacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payment is a nightmare, no clear signs where to pay and ONLY available at another parking lot!! The machine does not accept credit cards or coins only paper currency limited to denominations of 100, 200 and 1000 czk. The staff has is not very helpful and basically does not help at all, knowing what the issues are. Moreover, the parking lot is not maintained very well during winter time, and it is very slippery! They don't even treat it with gravel to improve walking on the ice or traction when operating a motor vehicle. The only positive thing is that the parking lot is under camera surveillance. Overall a very bad experience and not recommended. Try parking next to the Tourist information centre where you can pay by credit card or coins and there is no barrier to get out.
G	George Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very difficult time paying and getting out of this parking lot. First, when we were trying to leave, the machine ate the ticket with no way to get it out. Next, you have to walk 400m to the Polish border just to pay. Finally, you have to pay 1000 krona if you lose your ticket. No fun! Phone number on the machine little help for non-Czech speakers. Park up the road on the side of the street instead.
