V druhém případě jsme byli se službami tak nespokojeni, že již bychom jinam než přímo do banky nešli. Hypotéky prodává hlavně tak, aby vyinkasoval provizi s vynaložením co nejmenší práce. Přáli jsme si hypotéku s určitým parametrem a o rok později jsem zjistili, že naše hypotéka tento parametr nesplňuje, což nás do dnešního dne stojí nezanedbatelné peníze! Celá "pomoc" s hypotékou spočívala v jedné schůzce, vše jsme si pak s bankou museli zařídit sami. Kromě toho se v celé věci zvláštně angažovala jeho neschopná asistentka, která namísto něj měla klientům pomáhat s nejotravnějšími úkony, což stejně nedělala. Příště si poctivě obejdeme banky a sami se přesvědčíme, kde je to nejvýhodnější. We have twice the personal experience of the broker who founded and owns this Partners branch.
