It's the most amazing shop I know :-) The lady is very nice and kind! I bought helium and party things there and 100% satisfaction. The children's celebration was a success, good luck!

Vyřízení objednávky trvalo přes týden, což je k nepochopení. Objednávka dorazila o další 4 dny déle než mělo být doručeno.
Jednání paní strašný, telefony berou pouze jak se jim zachce, a vyřízení reklamace trvalo 14 dní. Až dnes jsem se dovolala, abych zpet dostala své peníze.
Zatim nejhorsi zkusenost s e-shopem.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
It took over a week to process the order, which is incomprehensible. The order arrived another 4 days longer than it should have been delivered.
The proceedings were terrible, the phones are taken only as they wish, and the complaint took 14 days to process. It wasn't until today that I called to get my money back.
So far the worst experience with the e-shop.
