Je to realitní kancelář, které můžete důvěřovat a skutečně se drží svého hesla „Děláme to, co ostatní, ale děláme to lépe“. Pan Ing. Šmíd z realitního kancléře je skutečný odborník v oblasti realit. We bought a family house through the real estate agency PARVA s.r.o., with whose professional services we were very connected. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Šmíd má dlouholetou praxi v oboru a je to na jeho práci opravdu vidět. Žádné "medové řečičky", ale naprosto seriozní, věcný a komplexní přístup. Za mě absolutní spokojenost, takhle má vypadat práce (opravdového) realitního makléře !
Mr. Smid has a long-time experience in the field and is really seeing his work. No "honey speech", but a totally serious, factual and complex approach. For me absolute satisfaction, this is how the real real estate broker has to look like!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Ing. Šmíd je seriózní člověk, který opravdu realitám rozumí, v momentě, kdy byl na dovolené za něj odpovídala asistentka, takže maximální spolehlivost. Kupovali jsme přes Parvu byt a všechno proběhlo v pořádku, mohu jen doporučit, opravdu. Komunikace byla vstřícná.
Mr. Ing. Smid is a serious person who really understands realities, the moment he was on vacation, his assistant was responsible for him, so maximum reliability. We bought an apartment through Parva and everything went well, I can only recommend, really. The communication was helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Parva, sro for the sale of my house in the Czech Republic. As an Australian not living there I was very concerned about the Czech legal and government systems in sorting out the sale from a distance.
Pavel Smid from Parva, sro was amazing. There were quite a few issues with the land registry office and Pavel calmly and professionally addressed each issue and always kept me always informed.
I cannot express how much assistance and service was provided throughout the whole sale process.
I would highly recommend them at any time.
