★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již při příchodu nás majitel téměř otočil se slovy, že, pokud budeme jíst, budeme čekat 45min. I přesto jsme se rozhodly zůstat. V restauraci bylo obsazeno tak 50% stolů, přesto jsme na obsluhu čekaly cca 15min. Kdyby ovšem nepřišli další hosté, kterých si servírky všímaly, a my byly asi neviditelné, stejně rychle jako jsme přišly jsme i odešly.
Nevím jaká jsou tu kritéria pro to, jak si vybírají hosty, ale dle tohoto přístupu to není o tom, že jim nesou peníze.
Edit pro pana majitele:
Čekat na jídlo je vpořádku, ale možná jste měl upozornit i na čekací dobu na jídelní lístek a nápoje. Každopádně si vlastně "stěžujete" že je ve městě málo restaurací, já být vámi, jsem za to spíše vděčná. Zdravá konkurence by nejen vaší restauraci prospěla!
 Upon arrival, the owner almost turned us around with the words that if we eat, we will wait 45 minutes. Even so, we decided to stay. The restaurant was occupied by about 50% of the tables, but we waited for the staff for about 15 minutes. However, if the other guests, who were noticed by the waitresses, did not come and we were probably invisible, we were leaving as fast as we came.
I don't know what the criteria are for choosing guests, but according to this approach, it's not about bringing them money.
Edit for the owner:
Waiting for food is fine, but maybe you should also point out the waiting time for the menu and drinks. Anyway, you're actually "complaining" that there are few restaurants in the city, I'm just being grateful for that. Healthy competition would not only benefit your restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chvilku jsme sice čekali na pivo ač jsme tam byli jediný,ale jinak příjemná obsluha a topinka k pivu naprosto úžasná
We waited for a while for a beer, although we were the only ones there, but the otherwise pleasant service and toast to the beer is absolutely amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všechno v naprostém pořádku,milí ochotný, komukativní a příjemný personál. Výběr jídla a pití i jídlo samotné na vysoké úrovni. Prostředí restaurace je v decentní a klidné atmosféře. Určitě tato restaurace stojí za návštěvu ????
Everything in perfect order, nice helpful, friendly and friendly staff. The choice of food and drink as well as the food itself at a high level. The environment of the restaurant is in a decent and quiet atmosphere. Definitely a restaurant worth visiting
