★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cake / sweet shop. Actually shops under trademark Hajek & Hajkova are for inhabitant of Prague synonym for cake shop. It's well known and you won't make mistake by visiting any of their shops. This particular is without outer seating, but has inner. Good for coffee & cake stops with friends and you can choose from plenty of cakes for e.g. private or corporate events. Reasonable prices, great cakes, attentive service. Actually the only weak spot I see is coffee quality, it takes down great impression from everything else.
It's cheaper alternative to chain of sweetshops "Paul".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of food is good, but the service has been terrible for a few years. Every morning it's the same scenario - there's a line of 5-6 customers, 1-2 staff is helping serve and 3-4 are walking around behind the counter doing odd jobs. If someone ahead of you orders something complex, that server will spend the whole time processing one order, leaving 5 customers waiting. They could really benefit from specializing jobs during the rush (like dedicated coffee makers)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a place where you can buy sweets&cakes for reasonable price. I had an unexpected visit at Saturday. I had called there at the morning and in lunch time I had two big cakes for celbration! Excellent job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be nice place, now bit dirty.When you want to go to toilet need to ask key. They have lovely cakes but capuccino hasnt good and smooth milk foam. Stuff is niceand friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an true jewel in the city of Prague and also in Stechovice. Clean and modern if you are sitting in. The food and drinks are amazing, staff are friendly with a smattering of English if you don’t speak Czech. It’s not on the tourist trail but worth a trip for morning coffee. On a direct tram route from the end of Charles Bridge
