★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to give the restaurant more stars. It's clean, lot's of baked goods to choose from and delicious coffee. However, we ordered two pizzas and one pull beef burger and I can't express my disappointment. Each dish was bland, had no distinct flavor and the prices were higher than average. I would recommend Tarta for their baked goods but not for their food.
