Jsem moc ráda, že jsem je potkala a mohu k nim chodit na lekce?. Doporučuji je jak osobně ve studiu, tak online. I have already tried a lot of yoga studies in Prague, but nowhere did they have such a great approach to teaching as Kristý and Dan. They are very professional, understanding and full of energy. I'm very happy to have met them and can go to their lessons nim. I recommend them both in person in the studio and online.

Kristy je nejlepsi lektorka a nejvetsi machr ve svem oboru. Kazda jeji lekce je jedinecna s neopakujici se sestavou. Clovek tak nema pocit stereotypu. Jeji prijemny hlas vas pod zavrenymi vicky provede celou lekci. A jako odmenu ziskate vycistenou hlavu, dobitou energii, pevne telo, zdrave zada, a hlavne chut se vracet na lekce Paulus Yogy! I attended several yoga classes, but I didn't stay with the back one for so long and my figure didn't improve as much as with Palus Yoga. Kristy is the best lecturer and the biggest jerk in her field. Each of her lessons is unique with a non-repeating set. One does not feel stereotyped. Her pleasant voice will guide you through the closed lessons. And as a reward you will get a cleansed head, recharged energy, a firm body, a healthy back, and most importantly a desire to return to Paulus Yoga lessons!

S Kristynkou jsme se před par roky potkali ve fitku a já pronesla že bych k běhání mohla připojit i jógu na tzv protáhnutí, Kristynka mě s úsměvem pozvala na hodinu a mě se změnil svět. Na hodinách u Kristynky vždy vyrostu o par cm a rozkvetu, ta holka vždy ví, co přesně potřebuji! Její cit a cíle pro mě jsou dokonalé a já Ti má milá děkuji že tě mám ❤️ A mj nemám rada skupinové lekce ale páteční lekce je úplně jiný kafe, ona má ta holka snad i talent na poskládání správných lidi ve skupince. A teď to zní že Dan nic ale to není pravda - jen já jsem ještě nedozrala na meditaci vedenou Danem ale to přijde ?? The best the best the best - be careful once you try you won't want to go anywhere else! Kristynka and I met a couple of years ago and I said that I could add yoga to so-called stretching, Kristynka invited me to an hour with a smile and the world changed me. At Kristynka's lessons, I always grow up by a few cm and bloom, the girl always knows exactly what I need! Her feelings and goals are perfect for me and I have my dear. Thank you for having you. And now it sounds that Dan is nothing but it's not true - only I haven't seen the meditation led by Dan yet, but it will come ??

Začala jsme na začátku pandemie, kdy své online lekce vysílali zcela zdarma. Hned jsem si je zamilovala! Nejenže jsem si díky Kristýnčině józe sculpt více zpevnila a posílila tělo ?, zároveň mě, díky svým lekcím a pozitivní náladě, udržovali v psychické pohodě. A tak je to pořád! Nedám na Kristýnku a Dana dopustit. MOC VÁM DĚKUJI! ?Rozhodně doporučuji všem! ?‍♀️? Paul Yoga = Kristýnka and Dan = ?❤️ I have been practicing yoga with Kristýna and Dan for almost two years. We started at the beginning of the pandemic, when they broadcast their online lessons completely free of charge. I fell in love with them right away!
