★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zakupil som dva bicykle od tejto firmy. po zakupeni damsky ihned vykazoval error 25. do dnesneho dna nevyrieseny problem, vraj treba aktualizovat software - na novom biku. takze cesta 300 km k predajcovi a 300 spät, pretoze zarucny servis vam spravi len ten u koho ste bike kupil. sucastou tychto bikov su plastove blatniky, ktore pocas jazdy vybruju a narazaju do pneumatik. akonahle riadite jednou rukou vybracie sa zdvojnasobia a mate strach ze sa nieco odtrhne. jedina moznost asi demontaz. skrutky na oboch bikoch uz po zakupeni nedotiahnute, na panskom dokonca strhnute zavity na stojane a stojan uz nie je mozne dotiahnut. za tuto cenu by som ocakaval vyzsiu uroven prevedenia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem velice spokojen. "APAČOVÉ" nám slouží bez závad již dva roky, jen se mrzíme, že jsme nezakoupily se silnější baterií. A "vytunit" se dá jako Harle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakaznicky servis - nocni mura, budete mit stesti kdyz vam za 2 tydny nekdo odpovi na mail. Nejdrive se mi rozbil display na elektrokole, vymena. Po 3 letech prasknul ram, na ktery je 5 let zaruka. Osocili me ze jsem si to zpusobil sam a reklamaci zamitli, aniz by videli ram, sedlovku. Nulova komunikace, mrhani casem, zadna sebereflexe, proste nase kola jsou top, a pokud se na nem neco rozbije, je to vina zakaznika, zaruka jen bezcenny kus papiru. Ruce pryc odsud.
