Mr. Hazdra contacted us on request, to build an attic (insulation, sdk) and lining the roof at the end of August. He willingly arrived with colleagues according to the agreement, and on the basis of the inspection we subsequently agreed, and we were the first to want to start by beating. He contacted us that they could start on Saturday at 10am, arriving without apology after lunch, without most of the tools. It was necessary to remove the roof above the entrance stairs and after the foundation of the grate to secure the underlay, they left, with the proviso that they will continue the next weekend. The next weekend on Saturday morning, an apology that the weather was not favorable, the next weekend they had no people ... then I was given a contact to a colleague who will handle it. My colleague told me that they did not have time and that they would call. After about a month of silence, I contacted them that it was raining on the stairs, they were starting to crack with the absence of a removed roof and the attic was supposed to be ready by winter ... I was told that they would call in an hour ... again. It was freezing at the weekend, it started to flow under the front door, we have an ice rink on the cracked stairs, where our daughter slipped. Finally, on November 23rd, a month before Christmas, we were told that they did not have time and that they thought someone else had finished it for us !! They did not want to hear about the damage caused or to communicate further.
