★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochotná paní za kasou. Očividně jsme jí vyrušili při kafíčku s kamarádem. Člověk chce nakoupit moto oblečení a neobtěžuje se skoro ani pozdravit. Jezdím kolem toho každý den, a už vím, proč jen okolo bez zastavení. Příšerná zkušenost a už nikdy víc. Aneb: "otevřel jsem si hospodu, a jsem nasr... že mi tam chodí lidi."
 Reluctant lady behind the cassette. Apparently we interrupted her with a friend's coffee. You want to buy moto outfits and don't even bother to say hello. I drive around it every day, and I know why just around without stopping. Terrible experience and never again. Or: "I opened a pub, and I ... I think people go there."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemný, profesionální přístup k zákazníkovi, nemusel jsem na nic čekat, po dohodě mi byly v jednom dni vyměněny gumy a poté, co mechanik zjistil, že mám sjeté brzdové destičky, hned je objednali a také vyměnili. Pan Polák i jeho mechanik jsou ochotni vše vysvětlit. Jsem velice spokojený, určitě se tam budu vracet. Jan K.
Pleasant, professional approach to the customer, I didn't have to wait for anything, after an agreement, the tires were replaced in one day, and after the mechanic found out that I had the brake pads worn off, they ordered them immediately and also replaced them. Mr. Polák and his mechanic are willing to explain everything. I am very satisfied, I will definitely return there. Jan K.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako téměř každý motorkář, i pan Polák je svéráz. Nicméně potom co mě opustila nesmělost jsem získal skvělého odborníka a neuvěřitelně ochotného mechanika, který by se pro zákazníka rozkrájel. Víc takových lidí.
Like almost every biker, Mr. Polák is unique. However, after the timidity left me, I got a great expert and an incredibly willing mechanic who would cut for the customer. More such people.
