★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poprvé jsem pálil své švestky. A hledal pálenici, kde vypálí pouze z vlastního kvasu. Dal jsem si i tu práci, že jsem celý sud švestek odpeckoval. Tři dny práce a pak jsem týden netrpělivě očekával výsledek. Nechcu se chlubit, ale dodal jsem zřejmě kvalitní kvas a p. Vaněk mne velice příjemně překvapil. Vynikající. Jemná. Bez vocasu. Luxus. Jednání s pí. Vaňkovou velice příjemné a vstřícné. Domluva po telefonu a super. Tuto pálenici mohu jen doporučit. ?
I burned my plums for the first time. And he was looking for a distillery where he would burn only from his own yeast. I also took the trouble to stone the whole barrel of plums. Three days of work and then I was looking forward to the result for a week. I don't want to brag, but I probably added quality yeast and Mr. Vaněk surprised me very pleasantly. Excellent. Fine. No voice. Luxury. Negotiations with Pi. Vankova very nice and accommodating. Arrangement by phone and great. I can only recommend this distillery. ?
