★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pc servis KB, pobočka Český Krumlov jsem svěřila do opravy MacBook Air. Po pár měsících se mi na vyžádání notebook vrátil s tím, že je neopravitelný a není možné stáhnout data z hard disku. Poté jsem našla servis v Budějovicích, kde opravu provedli. Při opravě zjistili, že mi PC servis KB vrátil notebook bez hardisku s poškozeným spodním krytem a s chybějícími originálnimi šroubky. Toto způsobili hrubým vniknutím do macbooku, je evidentní že něměli ani základní vybavení. Na vyžádání mi byl hardisk vrácen, s omluvou, že ho tam zapomněli dát. Názor na služby tohoto servisu si uděllejte sami.
I entrusted Pc servis KB, Český Krumlov branch to MacBook Air repair. After a few months, the laptop came back to me on request, saying that it was unrepairable and it was not possible to download the data from the hard disk. Then I found a service in Budějovice, where they made the repair. During the repair, they found out that the KB PC service returned the laptop to me without a hard drive with a damaged bottom cover and missing original screws. They caused this by a rough intrusion into the macbook, it is evident that they did not even have the basic equipment. Upon request, the hard drive was returned to me, with the excuse that they forgot to put it there. Give your opinion on the services of this service yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to banda idiotů a hlupáků. Nikdy tam raději ani nechoďte. Raději zvažte cestu do ČB. Tady je to totální katastrofa, jak ceny, tak i služby a servis obecně. Podle mne tam pracují lidi se základním vzděláním. NEDOPORUČUJI!
It's a bunch of idiots and fools. Never even go there. Rather consider a trip to B&W. Here it is a total disaster, both prices and services and service in general. In my opinion, people with basic education work there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Každý, kdo má tušení o počítačích, nejde tam, zboží z dávných dob, internet, který není ani 3/4 času, je to všechno o penězích. Pokud lidem prodám 5GHz Wlan připojení k internetu, kde další anténa není vidět v létě, pak je to jen vydělávání peněz.
Wer Ahnung von Computern hat, geht da nicht hin, Ware von anno dazumal, Internet von denen geht auch 3/4 Zeit nicht, es geht nur um Geld. Wenn ich Leuten ein 5Ghz Wlan Internet-Anbindung verkaufe, wo die nächste Antenne im Sommer gar nicht zu sehen ist, dann ist das nur Geld-Macherei.
Anyone who has a clue about computers doesn't go there, goods from ancient times, internet that is not even 3/4 of the time, it's all about money. If people sell 5GHz WLAN Internet connection, where another antenna is not visible in the summer, then it's just making money.
