Pěchotní srub leží na linii hlavního obranného postavení, nejpozději zde měl být zastaven postup útočníka. Je součástí tvrze Bouda. Hlavní výzbrojí objektu bylo jedno dvojče těžkých kulometů vz. 37 v pancéřové kopuli směřující na sousední objekt K-S 24 Libuše. Další lehký kulomet vz. 26 byl osazen v pancéřovém zvonu. V dalším pancéřovém zvonu měla být umístěna speciální pozorovací optika a objekt díky tomu měl sloužit jako pozorovatelna pro tvrz i okolní objekty opevnění a polní jednotky. Pozorovací zvon byl sice osazen, ale svůj účel nesplňoval, proto byl opět vytažen a odlit nový. Díky mnichovské dohodě a odstoupení pohraničí Německu ale již nebyl osazen, díky čemuž se na Boudě dochovala jediná původní neporušená zvonová šachta. Srub K-S 23 byl vybetonován 26. 7. - 2. 8. 1937 ve IV. třídě odolnosti s kubaturou betonu 2 098 m³. Je unikátní tím, že na něm nebyly umístěny žádné klasické střílny. Na podzemní systém tvrze je napojen svislou schodišťovou a výtahovou šachtou. Během okupace byl vytržen pancéřový zvon i kopule. Interiér objektu není veřejnosti přístupný.

The infantry cabin lies on the line of the main defensive position, the attacker's advance was to be stopped here at the latest. It is part of the Bouda fortress. The main armament of the building was one twin heavy machine guns vz. 37 in an armored dome facing the neighboring building K-S 24 Libuše. Another light machine gun vz. 26 was mounted in an armored bell. In the next armored bell was to be placed a special observation optics and the building was to serve as an observatory for the fortress and the surrounding fortifications and field units. The observation bell was fitted, but it did not serve its purpose, so it was pulled out again and a new one was cast. Thanks to the Munich Agreement and the resignation of the border to Germany, however, it was no longer installed, thanks to which the only original intact bell shaft has been preserved in the Hut. Log cabin K-S 23 was concreted on July 26 - August 2, 1937 in IV. resistance class with a concrete volume of 2,098 m³. It is unique in that no classic loopholes were placed on it. It is connected to the underground system of the fortress by a vertical staircase and elevator shaft. During the occupation, the armored bell and the dome were torn out. The interior of the building is not open to the public.
