★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered 3 LIPOs from Gensace. One of the LIPOs had undervoltage on one of the cells, right at delivery. As I have ordered from Germany and DHL does not carry faulty LIPOs on international sending when not in a product, I could not send back. Pecka Modelar decided to send me anyhow a replacement for the faulty LIPO, based on the pictures I did sent.
Great customer service!!! Thanks a lot!!!
