★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VELMI DOPORUČUJI. Zboží jsem kupoval přes eshop, cena byla jedna z nejlepších. V současnosti jsem "na dálku" reklamoval zakoupený přístroj. Musím říct, že vše proběhlo EXTRÉMNĚ rychle a navíc personál byl ochotný. Reklamaci jsem podal emailem, druhý den jsem měl doma svoz na přistroj (pro mě zdarma). Třetí den mi volal pán ze servisu, že už na opravě pracuje (vysvětlil mi co s přístrojem atd.). Čtvrtý den dopoledne jsem měl opravený přístroj u mě doma (pro mě zdarma).  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I bought the goods through the e-shop, the price was one of the best. Currently, I have complained "remotely" about the purchased device. I must say that everything went EXTREMELY fast and the staff was helpful. I submitted the complaint by email, the next day I had a pick-up service at home (free for me). On the third day, the service manager called me to say that he was already working on the repair (he explained to me what to do with the device, etc.). On the fourth morning, I had a repaired device at my home (free for me). Such service and speed is not seen these days. THANK YOU, Jiří Heráň

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ on their website there were 6 pieces available in outer storage within 3days. Ordered, paid. Next day 2 emails they sent that it not just not exists by them but supplier also not delivering. So they will refund me. 2 days later got a mail that payment arrived for my order. When I asked about the refund there is no answer provided.
