I brought a four-year-old daughter at midnight with a lot of ear pain, and since she suffers from an inflammation in her middle ear, I assumed she would puncture the baby's drum and be better off. Unfortunately, I was told that it wasn't that serious and we only got Octobacid saying we were going to come to ORL the next day (a mistake that I didn't go straight there). At the ENT, of course, they confirmed ugly inflammation in the morning and the ear had to be pierced. The doctor from ENT confirmed that such a serious condition had to be already when we were on alert. So I do not have a good experience and I advise all parents to go straight to a particular ward rather than the child suffering for another hour ...

We thank Dr. Matrasov for a very kind and kind approach. The fact that 60 patients had already been in the afternoon waiting for the night shift, were both a doctor and a nurse of a true professional, very accommodating. We waited in the waiting room only for a long time, they are very effective.

Dr. Gelbičová Barboro, I would like to inform you publicly that you are unpleasant and arrogant. If you are a doctor and have night duty, you really do not go to work. If you don't like the night, don't do this work and go to tesca, for example. If I find out that you neglected something, then you will only talk to my lawyers. This is a lesson for everyone who comes here and do not let this woman, who has the title of MUDr. Advice such as humidifying the air and ventilating will not heal our baby. You are there to help patients, not to be uncomfortable with them and to treat people that you are more than anyone else who comes to you

I would like to thank the Doctor and nurse who served 29.2. At night, I called for our little 3.5-year-old girl and Mr. Doctor not only calmed me, but also helped me come by for a medicine that finally helped our little girl not to vomit without taking her to the hospital. Thanks again to you and your nurse.

We have never been satisfied with Bulovka, but we are close to her and you don't want over half of Prague with a sick child. Their approach to children's emergency rooms is unbelievable. The waiting room is full of sick children and they have peace and a lot of time for everything. One understands that an adult will wait. But leaving a small sick child for more than an hour in high fevers does not seem normal to me. Seriously crazy approach, such doctors do not belong in pediatrics.

Very, very, very bad. Someone should teach them to communicate with people. Incredibly arrogant behavior, they seem to be bothered by just arriving. They speak to you as a harangue and as if they have swallowed up all the wisdom of the world. Specifically, MUDr. Kumprechtová. Unfortunately, we came across it for the second time in six months and it is clear that this approach is standard. We ring last time, nothing happens for almost five minutes, we ring again and an arrogant nurse comes out, why we ring twice and we can't wait. There was no patient there. And they call it an emergency. And when they greet you so kindly, their main austerity is that the child does not have a veil when it is our duty (it is not up to 6 years old) and if he has a covid test and what if he infects them. This is really a level. Arrogance level million. I hope we don't meet again.

Yesterday I was with my daughter for a year and 4 months, the fact that they did not let me into the waiting room can be overlooked, but only because a friend was waiting with his daughter in the car, but the fact that the nurse leaves the surgery asks me what bothers her daughter and immediately he tells me to go somewhere else, that it's for income and that they no longer have the capacity to overlook it. So if my daughter and I are in the emergency room in Thomayerka, we waited for a maximum of 10 minutes and it was our turn, and the doctor did not understand why they had not treated us at Bulovka and scared us like that. Of course, my daughter and I are at home, the lady doctor just gave us some medicine at home. With this experience, I will never go to Bulovka again and I can't imagine if my mother was there, for example, without a car, she would drive around Prague like crazy. Indeed, such an approach is inexcusable and the sister arrogant and unpleasant, as if one were annoying.
