★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Týden předem jsem rezervovala termín na webových stránkách. 3,5 hodiny před předpokládanou pedikúrou jsem obdržela sms, že dnešní pedikúra se ruší a paní děkuje za pochopení. Neměla ani tu slušnost zavolat. Přeji paní s takovým přístupem hodně zákazníků!
I booked a date on the website a week in advance. 3.5 hours before the expected pedicure, I received an SMS that today's pedicure is canceled and the lady thanks her for her understanding. She didn't even have the decency to call. I wish a lady with such an approach a lot of customers!
