Každých 6 měsíců máme novou paní doktorku. Nepotěší, ale dá se to zvládnout. Co je ale frustrující je amatérismus s jakým se tu vše řeší. Když dceři našli kaz, objednali nás k řešení až za skoro 4 měsíce a ještě nám bylo naznačeno ať jsme z toho nadšení, protože toho mají hodně. Přešli jsme jinam a vše se uklidnilo a případné zákroky jsou řešeny do měsíce i dříve. Nehodlám se vracet.
We have a new doctor every 6 months. It will not please, but it can be managed. But what is frustrating is the amateurism with which everything is addressed here. When the daughters found the caries, they ordered us to solve it in almost 4 months, and we were still told to be excited about it, because they have a lot of it. We moved elsewhere and everything calmed down and any interventions are dealt with within a month and earlier. I'm not going back.

S deťmi sem chodíme už viac ako rok a sme totálne nadšení!! Pani doktorka Nikola Barhoňová a jej skvelá asistenka sú najlepšie zubárske duo, aké sme kedy zažili. Pani doktorka deťom krásne všetko postupne vysvetľuje, spolu so sestričkou ich po celú dobu ošetrenia chváli a podporuje, aby boli deti v kľude a nemuseli sa báť. Ich prístup je vysoko nadštandardný a po posledných dvoch návštevách, kedy dcérke opravovali 4 kazy, musím povedať, že lepšiu pani doktorku a sestričku sme nemohli objaviť. Keď sa dcérka zasekla a nechcela už ďalej otvoriť pusinku na vŕtanie, ani si ľahnúť, pani doktorka a sestrička na ňu trpezlivo skúšali všetky milé domluvy. Dcérka sa ale bála a tak sestrička zložila z ruky jej drahý náramok, ktorý dostala od rodiny a sľúbila dcérke, že jej ho dá. Toto som nikdy nezažila. Skutočne sme si náramok odniesli domov a sestrička o vrátení ani kúpe nového nechcela počuť. Na druhý deň sme prišli na ďalšiu opravu. Tá sa niesla v duchu 30 minút spevu pani doktorky a aj sestričky, aby dcérka dokázala ležať a odviedli jej pozornosť vŕtania. Zvládli sme takto opraviť 6 kazov za 3 dni a ja musím povedať, že takýto skvelý prístup som nikdy nikde nezažila. A celému týmu veľké ďakujem!!! PS: náramok dcérka dobrovoľne vrátila.. ale ide o to gesto a celkovú atmosféru. Myslím, že deti sa k pani zubárke budú vždy tešiť :-)

Dobrý den,dnes jsme byli u Pekárka ve Strašnicích na ošetření zubů syna 7 let.Po milém přijetí na recepci jsme se dostali k paní doktorce Barhoňové. Velmi milá ochotná vysvětlující a po odborné stránce a ruční práci naprosto profesionální. V tandemu s milou kolegyní tvoří solidním tým. Víte,náš syn měl také problémy s minulým zubařem a my rodiče také..ale v PS došlo ke změně..důvěra jistota pohoda a před cestou k zubařce Vám řekne že se těší a jede s veselou náladou...a dnes za pár hodin bez bolesti a s dobrou náladou. DĚKUJEME a doporučujeme ostatním.
Hello, today we were at Pekárek in Strašnice to treat the son's teeth for 7 years. After a nice reception at the reception, we got to see Dr. Barhoňová. Very nice helpful explanatory and absolutely professional in terms of expertise and manual work. In tandem with a nice colleague, they form a solid team. You know, our son also had problems with the last dentist and so did our parents ... but there was a change in the PS..confidence sure well-being and before the trip to the dentist he will tell you that he is looking forward and going in a happy mood ... and today in a few hours without pain and in a good mood. THANK YOU and recommend to others.

Do Pekárek Dental Strašnice jsme se s dcerou dostali poté, když jí v jiné ordinaci našli několik kazů a doporučili nám ošetření v narkóze (dceři v té době bylo sedm let a nikdy neměla nálepku neošetřovatelné osoby). S navrhovanou narkózou jsem se nehodlala smířit a napsala jsem e-mail MUDr. Michalu Pekárkovi o konzultaci naší situace, pan doktor byl velmi vstřícný, milý, na osobní konzultaci vše vysvětlil, doporučil ošetření kazů na několik sezení, což pro nás bylo lepší řešení. Ošetření probíhala naprosto úžasně, v klidu, velmi pečlivě, pan doktor vše vysvětlil, jak dceři, tak mně. Od té doby je dcera jeho spokojenou pacientkou.
My daughter and I got to Pekárek Dental Strašnice after they found her several caries in another surgery and recommended us treatment for anesthesia (the daughter was seven years old at the time and never had the label of an uneditable person). I did not intend to accept the proposed anesthesia and I wrote an e-mail to MUDr. Michal Pekárek about the consultation of our situation, the doctor was very helpful, kind, he explained everything at a personal consultation, he recommended the treatment of caries for several sessions, which was a better solution for us. The treatment was absolutely wonderful, calm, very carefully, the doctor explained everything to both his daughter and me. Since then, the daughter has been his satisfied patient.

Děti sem chodí již několik let a jelikož mají zuby zdravé zatím jsem neměla možnost příliš ocenit kvalitu lékařů, nicméně v rámci prevence si nemohu na jejich přístup stěžovat. Ovšem paní co sedí na RECEPCI to je opravdový zážitek již po telefonu a osobně jen potvrdí první dojem. Takhle protivnou a nepříjemnou osobu jsem už opravdu dlouho nepotkala. Neustálé nevyžádané absolutně nevhodné poznámky ze kterých by citlivější osoba získala dojem, že si o ní paní recepční myslí, ze je nejspíš dementní. Chápu, že situace na trhu práce je žalostná, ale tato replika vrátnice z roku 1959 je skutečně příliš věrná.
The children have been coming here for several years now, and since their teeth are healthy so far, I haven't had much opportunity to appreciate the quality of the doctors, however, as part of prevention, I can't complain about their approach. However, the lady sitting at the RECEPTION is a real experience over the phone and personally only confirms the first impression. I haven't met such an annoying and unpleasant person for a really long time. Constant unsolicited, absolutely inappropriate remarks, from which a more sensitive person would get the impression that the receptionist thinks she is probably demented. I understand that the labor market situation is deplorable, but this 1959 replica of the gatehouse is really too faithful.

Well, I can’t say the place is bad or the doctors are unprofessional. But you can book time for appointment only in 2 months and you cannot book two appointments. So, if your kid has a cavity, this will take for a doctor 2 months to find it plus next 2 months till the appointment where it would be treated. This approach already costed my kid a tooth (extracted). I tried to change doctor to one who has more capacity but the receptionist said I can’t. I asked why, and the answer was “because you just can’t switch doctors”. Also most things are not covered by public insurance there. Disappointed and looking for more client oriented place.

My 11 year old son has been going to this Practice for 5 years and we were happy with the quality of dental care received. As of yesterday we will be looking for a new Dentist. The receptionist's condescending attitude and rudeness set the scene for the administrative catastrophe that followed. The appointment I made more than a month in advance was not on their system - despite the email confirmation I had received. Our Dentist appeared, was explained the situation, did not engage with me directly, but shrugged her shoulders and left the building. It appears the problem arose when I booked an appointment online 5 weeks ahead. I then had to change the appointment because it clashed with a school trip. There was no way for me to do this online. I called multiple times - no pick up. I booked a new appointment for a different day and sent an email to the Practice to inform them of the new appointment and my need to cancel the earlier appointment. I received no reply or acknowledgment. Shortly after I got a sms telling me bluntly that it is not allowed to book more than 1 appointment. I replied explaining why I had done so and asking what the correct procedure should be. I got no reply. Then, after taking time off work to get my son to his dental appointment we were told casually that we had no booking. I wasn't happy and the receptionist's total lack of customer service skills ensured the molehill escalated into a mountain. We will not be returning to this establishment. Already I have been given a referral to a more customer friendly Dental Practice in the Prague 2 area so my gain is Pekarek's loss.

Always nice attitude of our doctor, friendly place for kids, The are not scarred to go to dentist since they were 1 year now they are 7 and 11. Great work
