Hned po příchodu dost nepříjemná paní prodavačka, která se tvářila a bohužel vyjadřovala tak, že jsem měli pocit, že nejsme zákazníci, ale nějaká onuce. Výběr sortimentu pro nás nedostatečný. Šli jsme po obyčejných věcech jako vánočka, klasický štrůdl nebo hřeben. Sice se něco takového našlo, ale ne v tomto klasickém podání a po ránu jsme opravdu neměli chuť na sekanou v těstíčku... Prostředí i s paní a sortimentem prostě špatné. We're not going to be here again. O	Ondrej Koblizek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při příchodu do ,,pekárny,, na Vás vybafne ukrutná MŮRA,která nemá o slušném vychování ani potuchy a o úctě k zákazníkovi neslyšela ani omylem.Kvalita základního pečiva tj.rohlíky a chleba je v podstatě na úrovni velkých marketů...takže žádná hitparáda. Bohužel před lety nám nějaký dobrák doporučil,abychom si zde nechali upéct svatební koláčky.Dodnes se zejména manželka budí hrůzou,pže tak odporně vysušenou a prapodivnou věc jsme opravdu nečekali...vypadaly spíše jako drobky bez náplně posypané cukrem.Ukrutný. Abych neskončil negativně,Heřmanův Městec není naštěstí daleko,tak jestli chcete opravdu fantastický chléb,který se tu opravdu peče a né pouze přeprodává a na který se čekají fronty,tak si tam rozhodně zajeďte,budete nadšeni a rychle zapomenete na tu ukrutnou MŮRU od Golema. Not to end negatively, Heřmanův Městec is fortunately not far away, so if you want really fantastic bread, which is really baked here and not just resold and for which queues are waiting, then definitely go there, you will be excited and quickly forget about the cruel MŮRA by Golem .

Vyborne pekarny se deli na dva typy A) Moderni, excluzivni pekarny v "hipster" stylu s vybornymi produkty za vysoke ceny (v Pce napriklad Optimista) nebo B) Klasicke tradicni male pekarny, sice s nudnym interierem zato s poctivou kvalitou a recepty "jako od babicky". Toto je krasny priklas typu B - pekarna je tu od 90 let a za tu dobu se odmitla prizpusobit levnejsim surovinam a nahrazkam... proste delaji vse stejne a poctive. Sice o trochu draz nez v supermarketu, ale stale o polovinu levneji nez napr. v Praze nebo pekaren typu A. Ano je pravda, ze vlastni chleba nepecou (nabizeji od vice dodavatelu napr Beas Licno) a zakusky maji take od mistniho dodavatele, ale ostatni veci si pecou sami. A jejich housky, rohliky, skvarkova bulka, buchty, vdolky nebo vanocky jsou proste skvele. Jen radsi prijdte dopoledne, po 14 hodine uz byvaji vyjedeni :) Local bakery treasure. I just do everything the same and honest. Although a little more expensive than in a supermarket, but still half cheaper than, for example, in Prague or type A bakeries. Yes, it is true that they do not bake their own bread (they offer it from several suppliers, for example Beas Licno) and they also have the dessert from a local supplier, but they bake other things themselves. And their buns, rolls, skvark's bun, buns, muffins or vanoks are just great. Just prefer to come in the morning, after 2 pm they are already eating out :)
P	Pavlína M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme si zde svatební koláčky, které jsou drobné, téměř jeden jako druhý a stály 570 kč/kg. Byly opravdu výborné a domluva byla příjemná. Lze objednat i ochutnávku předem. Koupili jsme zde i rohové koláče, které nejsou nějak zvlášť tvarované, ale jedná se jen o větší svatební koláček. Naprostá spokojenost. We ordered wedding cakes here, which are small, almost like each other and cost 570 CZK / kg. They were really great and the arrangement was nice. It is also possible to order a tasting in advance. We also bought corner cakes here, which are not particularly shaped, but are just a bigger wedding cake. Absolute satisfaction.
