The evening sale was great. Rolls and bread warm and fragrant. I haven't had that in years. The service was very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna z mála posledních pekáren v bývalém okrese Semily, kde ještě pečou poctivé pečivo a kváskový chléb tradičným způsobem. Chléb z této pekárny je chuťový zážitek a svoji chuť si uchová i po několika dnech v chlebníku. Pokud hledáte kvalitní chleba tak zde neuděláte chybu.
Taktéž čerstvé rohlíky z této pekárny mají 5*. Ostatní sortiment sladkého pečiva bych zařadil k tomu lepšímu, co se dá na našem trhu koupit, byť ho nekupuji tak často.
P.S. Kdo byl ve Skandinávii, ví, že tam mají chleba hrozný. Třeba by se mohli něco u nás v ČR přiučit :-)
One of the few last bakeries in the former district of Semily, where they still bake honest pastries and sourdough bread in the traditional way. The bread from this bakery is a taste experience and will retain its taste even after a few days in the bread box. If you are looking for quality bread then you will not make a mistake.
Also fresh rolls from this bakery have 5 *. I would include the other assortment of sweet pastries for the better what can be bought on our market, even though I do not buy it so often.
P.S. Who was in Scandinavia knows that they have terrible bread there. Maybe they could learn something in the Czech Republic :-)
