About Pekařství PANEOLIT
Historie pekárny
Pekárnu jsme poprvé otevřeli dne 25. 7. 2017 v 11.00 po náročné rekonstrukci stávajících prostor historické budovy na Pekařské ulici. PANEOLIT založil a navrhl odborník na pekařské technologie Ing. Martin Jaroš jako pilotní projekt stejnojmenného konceptu. Jedním z cílů bylo dokázat, že i na malém prostoru lze provozovat prosperující řemeslnou pekárnu s prodejnou a vyšlapat tak cestu ostatním pekařům, pro které je taková pekárna nesplněný sen. A daří se, koncept PANEOLIT prosperuje a inspiroval mnoho dalších pekařů a podnikatelů. Díky nám vznikly desítky dalších malých pekáren po celé ČR. A my všichni tak můžeme jíst kvalitnější a zdravější pečivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basil twister blew our minds. The little chorizo bun was also great. The beatroot bun didn't have such a strong taste, but it was still way above any standard in my opinion. A clear 5-star bakery! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious bakery on a burgeoning area of cafés. They give a new life to old recipes. A bit pricey in comparison to others but well worth it. You can watch the whole bread baking process as you order and pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally a place that is making handmade bread in Brno!!! Not sure if is the only one but is the only one that I found all the other places have the same identical bread. They have delicious snacks like small bread with chorizo or calzone with ham, tomato and hermelín and many different kind of tasty bread. You can also stop by to have breakfast since they have cafeteria and handmade sweeties like cakes or muffins. Of course is a bit more expensive but it's worth it.
