Po nástupu je zaměstnanec nejprve přiřazen na různé pozice, zprvu jednoduché,později složitější, aby firma zjistila manuální schopnost a pokud zaměstnanec projde bez problému, je mu přiřazena pozice u které uz zůstane. Platové podmínky nejsou špatné, díky postupu v platových třídách je zde možno si vydělat slušné peníze.
