★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá ignorace, nulová domluva. Po domluvě na určitý den podle výběru samotné firmy nereagují. Po dvacátém pokusu o dovolání pouze výmluvy na řidiče, který se podle všeho zasekl v Krumlově ale už má jet a každou chvíli se ozvat. Po další hodině ignorace a nezvedání telefonu rušíme objednávku. Bohužel se toto nestalo poprvé, příště raději vzít od konkurence.
Total ignorance, zero agreement. After agreeing on a certain day according to the choice, the companies themselves do not respond. After the twentieth attempt to call only an excuse for the driver, who apparently got stuck in Krumlov but has to go and call at any moment. After another hour of ignoring and not answering the phone, we cancel the order. Unfortunately, this did not happen for the first time, the next time I prefer to take it from the competition.
