I don't understand where you have those dispensaries in Slovakia? Your software is set up so that you withdraw money from the customer for the courier service of EUR 5.00, although in the beginning you state the price of transport completely different !! Thanks to HEUREKA.sk for such recommendations ...... P.S. I don't like it when someone cheats on me !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučujem. Veľmi arogantný a neprofesionálny prístup. Za vzniknuté škody sa neospravedlnia, len pekopírujú vyjadrenie od výrobcu s tým, že všetky mechaniké poškodenia zamietajú. Hoci sa nejedná o veľkú sumu, firmu považujem za nesolídnu. Ako už bolo spomínané, poštovné za nahradný diel je vyššie ako pri kúpe a ako alternatívu za reklamáciu ponúkajú predražený diel. Celý preklad k výrobku obsahoval tri riadky, kde nikde neupozornili na možnosť poškodenia pri bežnom používaní (u nás sa vákuová dóza používala týždeň). Myslím, že je to hrane s legislatívou na SR.
Recommended. Very arrogant and unprofessional approach. They will not apologize for any damages, they only copy the manufacturer's statement, saying that all mechanical damage is rejected. Although it is not a large amount, I consider the company to be non-solid. As already mentioned, the postage for the spare part is higher than the purchase and offer an overpriced part as an alternative for the complaint. The entire translation of the product contained three lines, where they never pointed out the possibility of damage during normal use (in our vacuum box was used for a week). I think it is the edge of legislation in Slovakia.

Bought online, through the Mall sales partners, for a week no one knew where the shipment was, nor the Mall operators. For me disappointed.
