★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha se stará co může, někdy vázne zásobování, prostě chybí zboží, které má na prodejně podle letáku být. Jinak jsem s Penny v Novém Bydžov spokojen.
The staff cares what they can, sometimes the supply is stuck, they simply lack the goods that should be in the store according to the leaflet. Otherwise, I'm happy with Penny in Nový Bydžov.

They have their principles on the wall and the main ones do not follow them. Long queues and waiting with one product for 15 minutes or more is bad.
