★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla mi bezdůvodně zrušena elektronická věrnostní karta po přechodu na nový systém (cca rok zpátky!!!). Od té doby jsem se snažil opakovaně komunikovat s Penny podporou, ale email mám pro novou registraci nové el. karty zablokován, fyzicky kartu nosit rozhodně nebudu, už tak jich má člověk až až a teď už ani ta podpora nereaguje. Absolutní a totální selhání v péči o zákazníka. Kdyby šlo dát 0 hvězdiček, tak je dám. Neuvěřitelné zklamání.
My electronic loyalty card was canceled without reason after the transition to the new system (about a year ago !!!). Since then, I have tried repeatedly to communicate with Penny Support, but I have an email for new email registration. cards are blocked, I will definitely not physically wear the card, one already has them and now even the support does not respond. Absolute and total failure in customer care. If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would give them. Incredible disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatné parkoviště a vyjíždění z něj, lidi si cárají po cestě, jak chtějí. Hrozná domluva u pokladen, hrozný spěch. Prodavači nervózní, když se vám naponěkolikáté nepovede napípnout kartu. Navíc to ani nevydá žádný zvuk, musíte se zaměřit, jestli to kartu načetlo, nebo ne. Plus docela nesmyslné umístění a organizace pokladen, přes fronty, co jdou až do půpi obchodu, se jen tak nepropletete.
Poor parking and getting out of it, people rush along the way as they want. Terrible agreement at the box office, terrible rush. The salesman is nervous if you fail to beep the card several times. Plus, it doesn't even make any sound, you have to focus on whether it read the card or not. Plus quite a nonsensical location and organization of cash registers, you don't just get entangled in the queues that go all the way to the store.
