★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garten/Pool leider nicht für alle zugänglich. Sehr heiß im Wintergarten. Sonst top Service. Kleines Frühstück mit Brot, Kaffee, Aufschnitt und Saft war vollkommen ausreichend. Die Dame von der Rezeption hat mir auch einmal am Abend vorher schonmal was vorbereitet, da ich früh raus müsste. Die Rezeption ist nicht durchgängig besetzt aber es gibt eine Telefonnummern wo man anrufen kann. Kommunikation mit Englisch hat funktioniert. Zimmer war sauber und das Bett typisch Federnkern. Die Minibar muss man selber einschalten, darf aber auch sein eigenes Essen und Trinken rein tun. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.
 Garden / pool unfortunately not accessible to all. Very hot in the conservatory. Otherwise top service. Small breakfast with bread, coffee, cold cuts and juice was perfectly adequate. The lady from the front desk has also prepared me once in the evening before, since I would have to get out early. The reception is not busy but there are telephone numbers where you can call. Communication with English has worked. Room was clean and the bed typical feather core. You have to turn on the minibar yourself, but you can also do your own food and drink. All in all, very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasná paní domácí. Byla jsem na místě pracovně a pracovala dlouho do noci. Paní domácí na mě ráno čekala se snídaní a dělala mi i svačinu s sebou do práce. Strašně ráda se vrátím zpátky hlavně kvůli ní. Kam se hrabe servis velkých hotelů
Amazing housewife. I was on the job at work and worked late into the night. The housewife waited for me with breakfast in the morning and made me a snack with her to work. I love to come back mainly because of her. Where is the service of big hotels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place near Olomouc! Hostess takes a lot of care about client needs. Pension is in very good location for those, who travel. Large parking, breakfast, free Wi-Fi and if you stay longer - few pubs and restaurants are near by (5 min on walk).
