 Older building, simple furnishings, suits me great room and good price. Great accessibility to the center. Always helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pronajali jsme si apartmán a byli spokojení. Na první pohled se jedná o velice starou budovu, ovšem pokoje byli čisté a pohodlné. Ideální místo na přespání. Velice dostupné do centra Prahy.
We rented an apartment and were satisfied. At first glance this is a very old building, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. An ideal place to stay. Very accessible to the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Пансионат очень скромный. Но всё для жизни есть. А если учесть, что в номер вы будете приходить только спать, то и мелкие недочёты и легкая убогость будут совсем незаметны. Персонал приветливый. Цены лояльные. До центра 20 минут на трамваях. Это самый удобный транспорт в городе.
The boarding house is very modest. But there is everything for life. And if you take into account that you will only come to bed to sleep, then minor flaws and slight wretchedness will be completely invisible. The staff is friendly. The prices are loyal. The center is 20 minutes by tram. This is the most convenient transportation in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již mnohokrát v různých ročních obdobích jsme byli ubytováni. Jde o příjemné formou bytu 1+1 ubytování, s sociálním zázemím přímo na pokoji a zařízenou kuchyní. Jen máme výhrady k čistotě pokojů, hlavně mnoho prachu a i dokonce sklo na podlaze. Jinak cena odpovídá kvalitě ubytování na Periferií Prahy.
We have been accommodated many times in different seasons. It is a pleasant apartment 1 + 1 accommodation, with social facilities in the room and equipped kitchen. We only have reservations about the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the dust and even the glass on the floor. Otherwise, the price corresponds to the quality of accommodation in the periphery of Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Гуртожиток в якому можна зняти кімнату за +-5000 Кс, що на сьогоднішній день вважається не високою ціною для Праги.Сам гуртожиток - стара будова, але всі необхідні умови для проживання забезпечені добре.Трамваєм до самого центру міста дістанетесь за 15-17 хв. На момент надзвичайного стану в гуртожитку діє заборона на відвідини .
Dormitory where you can rent a room for + -5000 hp, which today is not considered a high price for Prague. The hostel itself is an old building, but all the necessary living conditions are well provided. By tram to the city center in 15-17 minutes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your only goal is to spend as little money as possible then this place can be taken into consideration. Rooms are not clean, especially the bathroom. Hallways do smell quite a bit, rooms are very small. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. I suppose I could give this establishment one more rating star for the sole purpose of how adventurous and ironically funny my stay there was, but I want to be objective. If anybody would still consider staying in Pension Chmelnice then I would recommend doing so if you are on VERY tight budget. Otherwise do yourself a favor and look for other place to stay at. Prague is beautiful city and there are much better accomodation places to stay in.
