N	Nikola Šimicová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc prijemna a mila pani domaci, hezke ubytovani s veskerym potrebnym vybavenim. Kuchynka s jidelnou spolecna pro vsechny, moznost objednani snidane. Penzion je na perfektnim miste, blizko jak do prirody, tak do centra. Byli jsme moc spokojeni a urcite se jeste vratime, dekujeme :) Very nice and nice home, nice accommodation with all necessary equipment. Kitchenette with a common room for all, possibility to order breakfast. The pension is on a perfect place, close to both nature and the center. We were very satisfied and we will definitely be back, thank you :)
a	alzbeta friedlova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsme přijeli, museli jsme půl hodiny čekat než paní majitelka došla. 3 jsem jí volala, několikrát jsme opravdu dlouho zvonili na zvonek připevněný venku i u jejich bytu. Vůbec se neomluvila jen nám řekla, že je zvláštní, že zvonění neslyšela. Měli jsme objednaný apartmán s dvěmi pokoji. Když jsme dojeli, tak nám paní majitelka řekla, že má jenom jeden pokoj a druhý nám zamluvila ve vedlejším penzionu. Paní nám řekla, že neuznala za důležité nám předem zavolat, protože to bylo jen na jednu noc, tak nám to může být jedno. I když by nám to jedno být mohlo, tak je ná nás, jako platících zákaznících, abychom si to rozmysleli a rozhodně nám paní měla zavolat. I když penzion byl celkem v pohodě (až na chabou snídani), tak bych sem opravdu znovu nejela, protože přístup paní majítelky je dost hrozný. Nechává hosty velmi dlouho čekat a pak ještě rozhoduje za ně, co jim vadí a co ne. When we arrived, we had to wait half an hour before the owner arrived. I called her a few times, we rang a bell for a long time, attached outside and at their apartment. She just didn't apologize just told us it was strange that she didn't hear the ringing. We had an apartment ordered with two rooms. When we arrived, the owner told us that she had only one room and the other booked us in the next house. The lady told us that she did not consider it important to call us in advance, because it was just one night, so it may not matter to us. Even if it doesn't matter to us, it is us, as paying customers, to change our minds and definitely make a call to us. Although the guesthouse was pretty cool (except for a poor breakfast), I wouldn't really come here again, because the mistress's attitude is pretty terrible. He lets the guests wait a long time and then decide for them what matters and what doesn't.

R	Renata Vozobulova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme tam týden dopředu rezervaci a když jsme přijeli má místo tak paní nám řekla že jsou tam instalatéři. Nikde jsme neviděli instalatérské auto a poslala nás na penzion hned vedle ni že je to domluvené. Tam jsme se dozvěděli že se nás chtěla jen zbavit a že naši rezervaci dala někomu jinému. We had a reservation there a week in advance and when we arrived my place so the lady told us that there are plumbers. We did not see a plumbing car anywhere and she sent us to the guesthouse next to her that it was agreed. There we learned that she just wanted to get rid of us and that she gave our reservation to someone else.

Clean, privately run house in a quiet location at the end of Harrachov. We were also very welcome as a motorbike group, the house is a small miracle of space ??
