★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsme navštívili poprvé kavárnu,nebyl první dojem nejlepší,hlavně s obsluhou.Krásne útulné prostředí,dobré zákusky to všechno ano,ale vše vám pokazí obsluha která vám nikdy nedonese vše,tváří se otrávené,neměli jsme pití k zakuskum,kafe donesli tak 30 min po zákusku.Dnes jsme navštívili kavárnu podruhe s tím že dáme šanci,ale potvrdilo se nám že tady jsme již byli naposledy,vše se opakovalo,a navíc u placení nám ještě nadáli že se máme dohodnout kdo co bude platit.Ta negativní nálada vás pěkné otráví.Nikdy bych tuto kavárnu nikomu nedoporučovala Lidé odcházeli co nebyli obsloužení,a to měli hodně servírek.A navíc nedostanete účtenku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemám žádné výhrady,posezení v příjemném prostředí v každém ročním období,moc milá a ochotná obsluha,pití a jídlo výborné.Pokud je někomu zima,jsou k zapujceni deky ?
I have no reservations, sitting in a pleasant environment in every season, very nice and helpful staff, drinking and food excellent. If someone is cold, blankets are available for rent ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostředí úžasné...Ale to co se podává jako esspreso vedle kávy ani neleží. Je to ztráta času. Na výbornou kávu raději do Jizby.
The environment is amazing ... But what is served as an espresso does not even lie next to coffee. It is a waste of time. I prefer Jizba for excellent coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherná kavarna ale ta obsluha to svět neviděl. I když je přece plno úplně plno, musím mít práci zorganizovanou tak aby byli všichni obslouženi jak se slusi a patří. Ale tady můžete byt rádi když alespoň něco dostanete pokud toho mají hodně. Pokud budete chtít holky pomoct - dejte vědět, sama jsem zvladala 40 hostu sama a ještě sem připravovala drinky ;))
A wonderful cafe, but the staff didn't see the world. Even though it is full at all, I have to have my work organized so that everyone is served as it should be. But you can be happy here if you get at least something if they have a lot. If you want to help the girls - let me know, I managed 40 guests myself and prepared drinks here;))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced the bar below the pension and it was outstanding. Great Turkish coffee and great traditional Czech cakes. I recommend the cake with sour cream they have. It's fantastic! The chairs are made out of wood and they come from a small town called Bystrice Pod Hostynem, chairs that are lightweight, beautiful in color and elegant. Great decorations all round and beautiful view over the spa town of Luhačovice. It's always nice to be here, spring, summer, autumn or winter, it's always delightful.
I was casually walking around and went in. So happy I did! Great staff too.
By the way the music wasn't the usual commercial junk. It was a relaxing jazz music that really followed suit with the classical style the bar had. Lovely!
