Jinak domluva katastrofa, při rezervaci mi bylo řečeno že s námi počítá, že je pokoj rezervovaný a v den příjezdu mi bylo oznámeno že si Paní majitelka nepoznamenala me číslo, já že jsem se neozval tudíž pokoj obsadila.

Otherwise, a disaster was arranged, when booking I was told that he counted on us that the room was booked and on the day of arrival I was informed that the owner did not note my number, I did not call the room occupied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hvězdu musím strhnout za nefungující online komunikaci. Paní majitelka na emaily v podstatě nereaguje. Prosím, nenechte se tím zaskočit či snad odradit! Stačí vše řešit telefonicky, nejlépe se ještě před příjezdem připomenout a ujistit, že rezervace platí. Ohledně ubytování - apartmány jsou čisté, vybavení dostačující; terasa, výhled do vinohradu a umístění uprostřed Palavské oblasti perfektní. Odjíždíme více než spokojeni.
I have to tear down the star for dysfunctional online communication. The owner basically does not respond to emails. Please don't be surprised or discouraged by this! All you have to do is solve everything by phone, it is best to remind yourself before arrival and make sure that the reservation is valid. Regarding accommodation - the apartments are clean, equipment sufficient; terrace, vineyard views and location in the middle of the Palava region perfect. We leave more than satisfied.
