★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is okay and cheap. The owner's behaviour to customers is horrible though and it ruins all the positive aspects which this restaurant/pension has! Can't recommend to anyone at all as you wanna enjoy your meal, not to get angry in the middle of lunch because the owner is an idiot. Anyway, coffee is really bad too since they serve Dolce Gusto (capsules) instead of a good roasted coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place; the food at the restaurant is delicious, but the menus are only in German and Czech languages. The staff also can't speak or understand English enough for us to properly communicate with them. The hotel part of this hotel/restaurant is very good and comfortable, but some rooms don't have a table in them. Other problem is that the trash bins are too small for all the trash we have accumulated over a 3 day period (these trash bins are intended for bathroom use, so it's not a big surprise that they are small, but still, they could add one more trash bin to the rooms...)
Other problem with this place is that it's far away from any supermarkets, about 15 min. drive and the surrounding area isn't very attractive; a lot of pipes are going around the city, which could be strange for foreigners (at least it was for some of us). Nevertheless, if you don't mind the long drive to supermarket, this place is perfect for a nights rest after long day of skiing; it has everything for basic human's needs and, as I said before, the food is just perfect, very delicious and even if the staff can't completely understand you, they are very polite.
Would recommend to anyone, whose purpose of their trip is not to stay all day at the hotel, but to enjoy the beautiful mountains of Černá Hora.
