Velmi příjemná majitelka, výborná snídaně, útulný pokoj, koberce s hustým vysokým vlasem, chodíte jak po mechu, klid a ticho.

Čistý utulný penzionek v klidné části Stodůlek s parkovištěm hned vedle. Kousek od metra autem do centra zhruba 15 min. Vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi i střední skupinky. Velmi příjemná a ochotná majitelka s kterou se dá vždy rozumně domluvit. Cena za ubytování se snídaní je velmi rozumná.V okolí pár dobrých restaurací třeba Kolkovna a taky relaxační zóna na procházky či projížďky kolem rybníků. Určitě doporučuji.

Krásný penzion, s velmi příjemnou majitelkou, super domluva, snídaně velmi chutná. Příjemné a klidné prostředí a navíc je to 8 minut chůze od stanice metra.

Very clean and friendly. Nice breakfasts too. The landlady is Czech, but speaks English as well.

I decided two weeks ago to find a place next to mine for my friendly family for the Christmas holidays. By accidentally after work, I saw this boarding house. The owner Marta Kubicek greeted me at the door, she was very kind, showed me a room in the house, explained how much it would cost. I told her that I would tell my friend and when I specified the dates and I would go back to book a room. Since the biggest room was triple and they were 4 people, I called in the adjoining boarding houses to check for better conditions. We still have that right in EU, if somebody doesn't know. For example, an extra bed for one child. It turned out most are the family houses in that area and did not accept guests at Christmas. Then I called to confirm my booking with this boarding house, to give my data and arrange the payment. After a few days of phone calls and promises to meet me at the boarding house, I finally meet her. She tells me that I already have a reservation and I do not even need to give my names, and the payment will be when the guests leave. For payment - OK, but how is this possible without knowing who I am or the name of my friends who will stay in the house? Finally, she decided to write my name on a flying note paper and then kindly explained to me that I should do not worry for anything and that she will not let my friends without shelter on the top of the Holiday. After three days that lady Marta Kubicek, called me by phone to cancel "reservation". For reason, she said that "accidentally" understand that I called on Sunday, the next door boarding house "Petra" and I have already reservation there. She even doesn't wants to listening, any explanation for eventually mistake. Yes, I call to ask that boarding houses for a room at Sunday for Christmas (like I did with every place of that kind in my neighborhood in that day), but they refused for some reason. Where is the problem? The problem is that lady is very upset if you are asked other next door boarding houses for their rooms. Because somehow have a "reservation" with her. Reservation without data and any evidence. How that lady can understand who calls on the phones to their neighbors - by accident. Is this should not be confidential information? Why my rights of informed choice are using against my interests, from that first look kind lady? Well, I don't care what kind of theater playing there. I just wanted a reservation for my friends closer to my place. But I had the naivety to believe that lady that I can have a reservation without data and any evidence. The result - she lies to me and wasting my time. Thank god that “accidentally” understand for my call to other boarding house and canceled “reservation” immediately. Better than do it on the top of Christmas. Not recommended at all. Don't want to imagine the other things that can upset or angry her. There are many houses like that in this beautiful area. Choose wisely.
