J	Jakub Večeřa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto otřesný přístup paní majitelky/recepční. Rezervace byla potvrzena, podmínky odsouhlaseny a cena uhrazena. V den příjezdu ráno nám byl zaslán email o potřebě doložení dalších dokumentů, o kterých jsme nevěděli s předstihem. Z důvodů bezkontaktní recepce chtěli vše na email, nebo nám propadne cena ubytování a nemáme jezdit. V den příjezdu, v sobotu ráno, co jsme byli na výletě, jsme museli vyřizovat a shánět v el. formě paní majitelkou vyžadované dokumenty. Jakékoliv jiné řešení bylo odmítáno, naprosto nulová snaha věc řešit, jen požadavky, nebo propadlé peníze za ubytování. V pokoji bylo vlhko, vybavení zatím v dobrém stavu, ale vše IKEA s ne příliš dlouhou životností, nepohodlné postele. Absolutely appalling attitude of the owner / receptionist. The reservation was confirmed, the conditions agreed and the price paid. On the morning of the morning we were sent an email about the need to provide additional documents, which we did not know in advance. Due to the contactless reception, they wanted everything by email, or the price of accommodation will be forfeited and we do not have to travel. On the day of arrival, Saturday morning, when we were on a trip, we had to handle and search in el. in the form of the documents required by the owner. Any other solution was rejected, absolutely zero effort to solve the matter, only demands or forfeited money for accommodation. The room was damp, the equipment still in good condition, but everything IKEA with not too long life, uncomfortable beds.

Za mne plná spokojenost. The apartment on the ground floor was obviously renovated, absolutely clean, the bed of the right hardness. The breakfast delivered by the owner at the agreed time was excellent. Full satisfaction for me.

Sem tam šla zazvonila že se dubzeptat na peníze .paní nereagovala volala sem znova potom psala SMS přijelo auto dáme jídlo říkám paní ze sní potřebují mluvit ona že je host tak sem dala nohu do dveří .paní majitelka do mě strčila až jim upadla motorka nikdy sem se stájovým případem nesetkala Hello absolutely appalling case disaster. She went here and there, she asked for money. did not meet the stable case
C	Cyril Štampach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provedl jsem rezervaci přes hotels.com. OK. Po úspěšné rezervaci jsem nakoupil další služby v místě. Za cca 30 minut jsem obdržel sdělení hotels.com, že "rezervaci zrušilo ubytovací zařízení z důvodu neúspěšného zpracování vaší platby". Ale já jse rezervoval na stránkách serveru hotels.com s tím, že platím na místě. Takže: penzion nezvládá rezervace a pak je ruší s nepravdivým zdůvodněním. To asi bude obraz jakýchkoli dalších služeb tohoto zařízení. Díky přístupu tohohle "ubytovatele" si odepíšu pár tisíc za nakoupené služby, zruším program, zkazím si zážitek, a to všechno proto, že někdo v penzionu chce maximálně vydělávat a pak má nadrezervováno. Děkuji za poctivě zaplacenou zkušenost k tématu "zač je v Parduicích perník" a důrazně nedoporučuji toto zařízení - každý by mohl dopadnout stejně. I made a reservation through hotels.com. OK. In about 30 minutes, I received a message from hotels.com that "the reservation was canceled due to an unsuccessful processing of your payment". But I booked on hotels.com and I pay on the spot. So: the guest house does not manage the reservations and then cancels them with a false reason. This will probably be a picture of any other services of this facility. Thanks to the approach of this "landlord", I will write off a few thousand for the purchased services, cancel the program, ruin the experience, all because someone in the pension wants to earn as much as possible and then they have over-booked. Thank you for an honestly paid experience on the topic "what is gingerbread in Parduice" and I strongly do not recommend this device - everyone could turn out the same.

K	Koen Stes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of the owners is one of the worst I have ever experienced. They did not want to refund me my money after a cancelation of a room I booked. According to them it was their policy. Very unpolite and rude owners!!!

After missing the check out time, owners have almost kicked us out demanding in a rude way to leave the rooms asap. There was no kindness or understanding. We do not recommend this place.

The owner does not speak English and hung up. In addition the owner removed the reservation on booking.com so to avoid any negative comments. Do not recommend! Avoid this place!
