★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spina bordel neporiadok. boli sme tam naposledy. pozrite si fotky ako to vyzera ked si zaplatite apartman v udajne 3 hviezdickovom penzione. na internete maju na svojich strankach napisane ze je na izbe kava a caj. nic tam nieje. a ked si chcete dat veci do skrine musite si odtiahnut postel ( viz.foto) vsetko je plesnive a vobec sme sa tam necitili dobre. zaplatili sme za tento pajzel 1000 korun ( 40 eur)
spina mess mess. we were there last time. look at the photos how to pay for an apartment in a supposedly 3 star guest house. on the internet they have on their site written from is in the room kava and caj. nothing is there. and when you want to put things in the closet you have to pull the bed (see photo) everything is moldy and we didn't feel well there. we paid 1000 crowns (40 euros) for this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této cenové relaci asi nejslabší ubytování o jsem byl. Pokoj malý, v koupelně není jediný háček nebo polička, ve sprcháči je rozpraskaná vanička, rozvrzané postele.
Domluva ubytování zbytečně zdlouhavá, několik telefonátů a emailů, nutnost hradit zálohu (to se mi stalo poprvé).
Jako plus dávám klidnou lokalitu a čistotu zařízení.
In this price range, the weakest accommodation I was about. The room is small, there is no single hook or shelf in the bathroom, there is a cracked tray in the shower, creaky beds.
Arranging the accommodation unnecessarily lengthy, several phone calls and emails, the need to pay a deposit (this happened to me for the first time).
As a plus, I give a quiet location and cleanliness of the facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkné ubytování v klidnější části Brna, lehce dostupné do centra. Hezky moderně zařízený pokoj. V koupelně by mohla být nějaká polička nad umyvadlem a nějaký drátěný košík ve sprše na mycí potřeby. Velmi přijatelná cena. Dobrá komunikace při rezervaci.
Nice accommodation in a quieter part of Brno, easily accessible to the center. Nicely furnished room. There might be some shelf in the bathroom above the sink and some wire basket in the shower for the washing supplies. Very affordable price. Good communication when booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volala jsem na uvedené číslo ohledně rezervace ubytování, paní byla u lékaře, což je v pořádku, ale žádný další zájem ze strany penzionu nebyl, např. zavolat zpět, nebo odpovědět na email, kam jsem poslala poptávku na ubytování. Komunikace a ochota na bodě 0. Za mě velké zklamání.
I called the number regarding the reservation of accommodation, the lady was at the doctor's, which is fine, but there was no other interest on the part of the pension, such as calling back or replying to the email, where I sent a request for accommodation. Communication and willingness to point 0. Great disappointment for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totální kalfas. Absolutně nedoporučuji!!!!! Nechci to více rozvádět,katastrofa,všechno špatně,foto nereálné. Nic takového jsem za léta cestování nezažil, riziko štěnic, Doporučil bych podnik zavřít!!!
Total kalfas. Absolutely not recommended !!!!! I don't want to elaborate anymore, disaster, everything is wrong, photo unrealistic. I have not experienced anything like this in my years of travel, the risk of bed bugs, I would recommend closing the company !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odpověď majitele je naprosto nesmyslná. Kontakt na penzion u Elišky a ubytovna Jarda je jedno a to samé číslo. Dle fotek jsme čekali ubytování jako na fotkách. Že je to nějaká ubytovna jarda nikdo neřekl. Nalákáni na foto z webu a pak nás váš podnik nastěhuje do sklepa kde provozuje hodinový azyl. Tak odporné ubytování sme s kolegy ještě nezažili,špína,smrad,tak smrdutou a špinavou kuchyň nemaji ani v osadě,z mikrovlnky lezl nový život,olezlé zdi,bez omítky, člověk se bál na cokoli sáhnout,vyzout se,osprchovat se,spali sme se monterkach a v 5ráno utekli poštípaní od štěnic,po příjezdu domů kufry preventivně 10 dni venku. Všechny dostupné prostory k ubytování včetně kůlny na zahradě kde sou ti nejmenovaní nájemníci sme s kolegy prošli a NIKDY VÍC!!! Všechny kontroly by to u vás potřebovalo...
The owner's answer is completely meaningless. Contact to the pension at Eliška and the Jarda hostel is one and the same number. According to the photos, we expected accommodation as in the photos. Nobody said it was a hostel yard. Lured to a photo from the web and then your company moves us to the cellar where it runs an hour-long asylum. My colleagues and I have not experienced such disgusting accommodation, dirt, stink, so stinky and dirty kitchen is not even in the settlement, new life crawled out of the microwave, glazed walls, no plaster, one was afraid to touch anything, take off, take a shower, we slept with monterkach and at 5am escaped by the bugs, after arriving home suitcases 10 days outside. All available spaces for accommodation, including a shed in the garden where the unnamed tenants are, my colleagues and I went through and NEVER MORE !!! It would need all the checks you had ...
