★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Krumlově jsme zůstali dvě noci přes Velikonoce a penzion Wok jsme našli vlastně na poslední chvíli a díky výběru penzionu jsme Krumlov zažili úplně jinak, než kdybychom bydleli v hotelu. Pan majitel nás postavil před mapu Krumlova a ukázal nám vše, co musíme vidět a kde se musíme najíst. Poté, co jsme vyrazili do města, jsme se s panem majitelem potkali na pivu a slovo dalo slovo a cely Krumlov nám ukázal a provedl nás.
Jsem si jistá, že pokud bychom zůstali v jakémkoliv jiném hotelu/penzionu, takový nadstandard bychom rozhodně nedostali :)
Pokojik jsme měli Economi, a úplně nám stačil. Čistý, krásný, útulný.
Pokud se znovu vydáme do Krumlova, rozhodně chceme zase sem. A vy sem chcete, pokud jste tu ještě nebyli! ?❤️
We stayed in Krumlov for two nights over Easter and we found the Wok pension at the last minute and thanks to the choice of the pension we experienced Krumlov completely differently than if we lived in a hotel. The owner put us in front of the map of Krumlov and showed us everything we need to see and where we need to eat. After we went to the city, the owner and I met for a beer and the word gave the word and the whole of Krumlov showed us and guided us.
I am sure that if we stayed in any other hotel / pension, we would definitely not get such an above standard :)
We had a room, Economi, and it was enough for us. Clean, beautiful, cozy.
If we go to Krumlov again, we definitely want to come here again. And you want it here if you haven't been here yet! ?❤️

Rooms were clean and specious enough, just perfect.
Spectacular view from room. You can just sit there and have tea or coffee or a beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have easily been 4 or 5 stars if not for a few small details. Most importantly, we really enjoyed our room (#2) which was right above the river and the shared patio offers wonderful views of the river and city. The river is audible but not intrusive, and almost inaudible with windows closed. The room itself was modest but clean and well looked after and maintained. The bed was comfy and pillows satisfying. Bathroom was good size for this very old house and had both separate shower and nice soaking tub. Interactions with the Inn keeper were very nice. Noise from other guests was minimal and mostly limited to hearing them going in and out. i would stay here again, but A few things that could be improved:
1) we had to pay our full costs in cash. This wasn’t made clear to us and required an extra ATM trip (10min walk) at the end of our stay. We figured since they had taken our credit card they could just charge that.
2) Check in window is incredibly short at just 2 hours. Given the location away from major transport hub (Prague) this is a very small window to hit. We arrived about 5 mins after the window closed and no one was there to let us in. There is a small charge for late check in.
3)Be sure to communicate clearly if you want breakfast (additional charge). We thought it was included by default.
