M	Miroslav Cisecky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pani Pickova je arogantna a neprijemna zena ktora napriek tomu ze to ma uvedeme v ubytovacom poriadku,nam odmietla-asi osmim,vratit peniaze pri predcasnom ukonceni pobytu,hoci sme jej to oznamili o 3 dni skor,tak ako ziada v ub.poriadku.Byvali sme tam niekolko mesiacov a za ten cas sme zazili sprchy zo studenou vodou,zimu na izbach,nefungujucu wi-fi,neupratane izby atd.Urcite neodporucam!!! Mrs. Pickova is arrogant and unpleasant woman who, despite the fact that we will put me in the accommodation order, refused us - about eight, to return the money for the early termination of the stay, although we told her about 3 days early, as requested in ub.poriadku.Byvali we have been there for months and during that time we have had cold water showers, winter in the rooms, not working wi-fi, unprepared rooms etc.Urcite neodporucam !!!

F	František Mašanský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice nepříjemná paní provozní. Paní Picková byla domluvená s personalistkou, že ubytujeme 2 muže. Druhý den volala asistentka pro potvrzení s tím, že 1. pán přijede navečer a že se s ní spojí ještě personalistka ohledně platby, až dorazí do kanceláře. Paní Picková však personalistce oznámila, že pokoj už pronajala a předala jí informaci takovou, že údajně asistentka, když volala pro potvrzení pokoje řekla, že pokoj nechceme. Musím říct, že takový přístup a jednání jsme ještě nezažili. paní je velice nepříjemná a nekorektní. paní Picková by se měla nad sebou zamyslet, protože takto se k zákazníkům opravdu správný podnikatel nechová. Very annoying operational lady. Mrs. Pick was appointed to the HR to accommodate 2 men. The next day, the assistant called for confirmation, saying that the 1st lord would arrive in the evening and that the HR clerk would contact her when she arrived at the office. Mrs. Pick, however, announced to the HR that she had already rented the room and gave her the information that the assistant, when she called to confirm the room, said that we did not want the room. I must say that we have not yet experienced such an approach and action. The lady is very uncomfortable and incorrect. Mrs. Pick should think about herself, because this is not the right entrepreneur to do to the customers.

Čisto, klid a možnost snídaní. Velice vstřícná a milá paní majitelka. Simple accommodation at a good price near the square sti. Well accessible train and bus. If you are not too demanding, this accommodation will suit you. Clean, quiet and the possibility of breakfast. Very helpful and kind lady owner.
