★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepříjemný pan správce. Hned při příjezdu nás zahrnul pouze příkazy co smíne a nesmíne. Od prvního okamžiku se chová, jako by předpokládal, že vy budete opět problémoví návštvníci (ano, jeden večer jsme skutečně zapomněli přikrýt pískoviště, což jsme si hned druhý den ráno vyslechli). Jelikož jsme hledali celou chalupu k pronájmu, domluvili jsme se při rezervaci, že si zaplatíme i neobsazená lůžka a chalupa bude k dispozici jen pro nás. Pan správce nám ale nebyl ochoten poskytnout více než 3 ložnice z celkových 6ti, takže se vše muselo opět řešit. Nakonec se ani neomluvil, že má špatné informace. Chalupa se měla předávat v 10 hod ráno a na tento čas jsme vše chystali. V 9:30 naběl pan správce s paní na úklid do chalupy, nenechali nás ani v klidu dosnídat a dobalit a už běhali po chalupě, sbírali lůžkoviny apod. Je to strašná škoda, že jeden člověk vám od prvního momentu dokáže zkazit dovolenou. Přitom by stačil jen úsměv, umět pozdravit, zeptat se hostů, jak jsou spokojeni a odvezli byste si z této chalupy úplně jiný dojem.
Annoying administrator. Upon arrival, he included us only orders that may and may not. From the first moment, he behaves as if he assumed that you would be problematic visitors again (yes, one evening we really forgot to cover the sandpit, which we heard the next morning). Since we were looking for the whole cottage for rent, we agreed when booking that we would pay for unoccupied beds and the cottage will be available only for us. However, the administrator was not willing to provide us with more than 3 bedrooms out of a total of 6, so everything had to be solved again. In the end, he didn't even apologize for having the wrong information. The cottage was to be handed over at 10 am and we were preparing everything for this time. At 9:30 the manager and the lady ran into the cottage for cleaning, they didn't let us have breakfast and packed up in peace and they were already running around the cottage, collecting bedding, etc. It's a terrible pity that one person can ruin your vacation from the first moment. At the same time, it would be enough to just smile, be able to greet, ask the guests how satisfied they are and you would get a completely different impression from this cottage.
