Nice, clean accommodation in a pleasant environment. In fact, it looks much better than the photos of my booking - I recommend updating the photos :)

House well maintained, renovated and spacious and quiet. Clean. Large terrace with barbecue. Owner very pleasant kind and very helpful. Charming attention of the bottles of wine offered. There's more than just packing and shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penzion se nachází v hezkém klidnem prostředí. Vyborna dostupnost do centra Velkych Bilovic. Penzion je vybaven nadstandartne, vse, co je potřeba, tu najdete, včetně vybaveni kuchyně. Komunikace s pronajímatelem je na vybornou. Doporučuji a urcite se sem vratime, a rádi!!!!!!!!!!
The pension is located in a nice quiet environment. Excellent access to the center of Velky Bilovice. The pension is equipped above standard, everything you need you will find here, including kitchen equipment. Communication with the landlord is excellent. I recommend and will definitely come back here, and happy !!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobytu jsme se ani nezúčastnili, protože jsme si rezervovali a následně online formou zaplatili pokoj, kdy nám po pár minutách zavolala jedna ze zaměstnankyň, že nás nemůže ubytovat, protože je toto datum i s pokojem rezervované a zaplacené někým jiným. I přes tuto vcelku větší chybu na straně ubytování, jsme se snažili vyřešit, co bude s penězi, které jsme již online formou poslali. Paní na druhé straně telefonu byla velmi neprofesionální a odmítala problém řešit. Ve výsledku se stala chyba na straně ubytování a ne na straně bookingu, který pouze přijímá informace od ubytovacích zařízení.
We did not even participate in the stay, because we booked and then paid for the room online, when after a few minutes one of the employees called us that she could not accommodate us, because this date is booked with the room and paid by someone else. Despite this rather big mistake on the part of accommodation, we tried to solve what will happen to the money that we have already sent online. The lady on the other side of the phone was very unprofessional and refused to solve the problem. As a result, an error occurred on the part of the accommodation and not on the part of the booking, which only receives information from the accommodation facilities.
