★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto příšerná komunikace, už jen při snaze domluvit rezervaci. Přes telefonát, nemá čas, ať napíšu. Na maily a SMS nereaguje!!! Přístup k potencionálním zákazníkům naprostá katastrofa. Komunikace minimální.
Absolutely terrible communication, just trying to make a reservation. Over the phone, he doesn't have time to write. It does not respond to emails and SMS !!! Access to potential customers is a complete disaster. Communication minimal.
