A	Anna Štejnarová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jak píší již v předešlých recenzích, o hosty "zvenku" nemají zájem (i přes info na webu, přitom by stačilo mít napsané, že restaurace je jen pro hosty penzionu a ne naopak). I přes prázdná místa v hospodě nám obsluha řekla, že přeci vidíme, že mají plno. Byli jsme velká skupina s plánem velké útraty. A při odchodu nám bylo řečeno, že oni preferují jiné hosty...takže myslím, že názor si udělá každý sám... As they write in previous reviews, they are not interested in guests "from outside" (despite the info on the website, it would be enough to have written that the restaurant is only for guests of the pension and not the other way around). Despite the empty seats in the pub, the staff told us that we could see that they were full. We were a big group with a big spending plan. And when we left, we were told that they preferred other guests ... so I think everyone will make their own opinion ...
S	Silvie Dudková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penzion čistý, útulný, bohužel byl zrovna wellness mimo provoz (zřejmě technický problém, nedověděli jsme se, nicméně toto nehodnotím jako chybu penzionu). Pan domácí tedy skutečně není žádné sluníčko, nicméně problém jsme s ním neměli. Požadavek typu domácí obuvi jsme chápali a strohé odpovědi na naše dotazy jsme brali s humorem (nebudeme si kazit dovolenou). Chladnější vystupování pana majitele bezkonkurenčně kompenzovala paní majitelová a to jak obsluhou, vřelostí tak zejména kuchyní. Snídaně byly naprosto bezkonkurenční!!! Na pokoji nám chyběla jen nějaká malá lednice (na vychlazení pití a uskladnění ovoce na výlet) a nebylo by špatné pořídit větší televizi...ale už nejsme nejmladší, tak to byl možná jen náš problém :-) Obecně hodnotím penzion kladně, děkujeme. Pension clean, cozy, unfortunately the wellness was out of order (probably a technical problem, we did not know, however, I do not rate this as a mistake of the pension). So Mr. Domestic is really not the sun, but we did not have a problem with it. We understood the requirement of the type of home shoes and we took austere answers to our questions with humor (we will not spoil our holiday). The cooler performance of the owner was unrivaled by the owner, both in terms of service, warmth and especially the kitchen. The breakfasts were absolutely unbeatable !!! We only lacked a small fridge in the room (for cooling drinks and storing fruit for a trip) and it would not be bad to get a bigger TV ... but we are no longer the youngest, so maybe it was just our problem :-) In general, I rate the guest house positively, thank you.

K tomu všemu Vám přidá i informace o uzavírkach v okolí / na které jsme bohužel ÚÚÚÚÚPLNĚ zapomněli / a pak na nás museli ještě hodinu čekat s večeří ? děkujeme. Klid, pohoda, vynikající jídlo... Prostě užitá dovča na jedničku ?? jóóó a nejlepší borůvkový knedlíky v celým Jeseníku! ? We recommend a family pension with a great hostess, who is not only a wonderful cook, but will be happy to advise you on some tips for trips around. To all this he will add information about the deadlines in the area / which we unfortunately completely forgotten ÚÚÚÚÚL / and then they had to wait for us for another hour with dinner ? thank you. Calm, well-being, excellent food ... Just used dovča for the first time ?? jóóó and the best blueberry dumplings in the whole Jeseník! ?

Nasz pobyt skróciliśmy przez arogancję właściciela, brud i konieczność akceptacji zasad, nijak mających się do odpoczynku. Bardziej miejsce to przypomina obóz wojskowy jak przytulny rodzinny pensjonat. This is by far the worst guesthouse I have ever been to. Our stay was shortened by the arrogance of the owner, dirt and the need to accept the rules, which had nothing to do with rest. The place is more like a military camp, like a cozy family guesthouse.

Na jedné straně velký zájem o zdraví: Každému hostu (i na zahrádku restaurace) důsledně slovně připomínána nutnost desinfekce rukou - což je chvalitebné; na druhou stranu dětské jídlo řízek s hranolkami - obojí plné soli, že to přišlo slané i dospělým. Ceny poměrně přepálené, vysoké - za jídlo i za pití... ale, to je vesměs problém (až na výjimky) celé oblasti Jeseníků - všechno je tu, myslím, prodáváno nad cenou, kterou to doopravdy má. Ale, to už je jiná myšlenka... Každopádně, jídlo vám tu chutnat bude. I rate only the restaurant: The food is good, in some ways original, the service a bit special - very peculiar. On the one hand, great interest in health: Every guest (even in the garden of the restaurant) is consistently verbally reminded of the need for hand disinfection - which is commendable; on the other hand baby food steak with french fries - both full of salt that it came salty and grown. The prices are relatively overheated, high - for food and drink ... but, that's mostly a problem (with a few exceptions) of the entire Jeseníky Mountains - I think everything is sold above the price it really has. But, that's another idea ... Anyway, you will enjoy the food here.
J	Josef Pejša on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento Penzion nemohu bohužel doporučit. Cestujeme s manželkou už přes 15 let po celé Evropě, ale s takovým přístupem k zákazníkovi jsme se nikde nikdy nesetkali. Asi pan majitel je člověk, který se neumí chovat slušně. Arogance a neochota tohoto pána je neskutečná. Penzion nepatří mezi nejlevnější a tak nás překvapilo, že boty si musíte nechávat v botárně, kde to tedy opravdu nevoní . Pro všechny kteří mají v plánu výlety a pozdní příjezd na penzion mám špatnou zprávu. Penzion se uzamyká v půl desáté a pak už si spěte kde chcete. Pán nám sdělil, že ho to nezajímá že pracuje 14 hodin denně. Horkou vodu po tůře či lyžovačce nečekejte, je jen teplá. V sobotu ráno netekla na našem pokoji dokonce ani teplá voda. . Penzion si hraje na hogo fogo luxus, ale fén dámy nečekejte. Snídaně jsou klasické jako v každém druhém penzionu farmářské máslo celý dojem nenapraví. Pokoje jsou čisté ale konferenční stolek je tak vratký že na něj sklenici dávat ani nechcete. Jídlo v restauraci dobré ale předražené, stačí jet pár kilometrů vedle a najíte se také dobře na o třetinu levněji. Jediný kdo byl z personálu penzionu milý byla paní z kuchyně, která to však všechno nezachrání. Když to shrnu tak tento penzion je katastrofa Unfortunately I cannot recommend this guest house. The arrogance and reluctance of this gentleman is unbelievable. The pension is not one of the cheapest, so we were surprised that you have to leave your shoes in the shoe room, where it doesn't really smell. I have bad news for everyone who is planning trips and late arrivals. The guest house locks at half past nine and then sleeps wherever you want. The Lord told us that he did not care that he worked 14 hours a day. Don't expect hot water after hiking or skiing, it's just warm. Not even hot water flowed in our room on Saturday morning. . The guesthouse plays on hogo fogo luxury, but the hair dryer ladies do not wait. Breakfasts are as classic as every other farm farmer's butter does not make the whole impression. The rooms are clean but the coffee table is so fickle that you don't even want to put a glass on it. The food in the restaurant is good but overpriced, you just have to drive a few kilometers next door and you will also find yourself a third cheaper. The only one of the staff of the pension was nice was the lady from the kitchen, who will not save everything. To sum it up, this guesthouse is a disaster
T	Tereza Koníčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kde začít, v tomto penzionu nejste vítáni pokud nejste rodina a nebo rodinní přátelé. Přijeli jsme původně na 3 noci ale odjeli už po dvou. Hned po příjezdu vás čeká nepříjemný pohled pana majitele, který vás stěží pozdraví. Dostanete příkaz vzít si pantofle a svou obuv uložit do společné "botárny" (tohle jsem přežila), každopádně v restauraci když si u pana majitele objednáte, nemáte jistotu že jídlo či pití dostanete. Takže raději hlasitě a artikulovat. Jo a pozor! Večerku máte ve 21:30, protože klíče od pokoje při odchodu na výlet odevzdáváte na recepci a pan majitel zavře penzion v půl desáté večer a pokud to nestihnete, spěte si kde chcete (noc vám však naúčtuje), a ještě vám stihne sdělit, že on přeci pracuje 14h denně takže večer zavře a konec. Na závěr jsme se rozhodli odjet o jeden den dřív, vzhledem k příjemnému personálu, ale pán na nás zkoušel zaplatit 3 noci místo 2, protože má přeci všeobecné podmínky! Podtrženo sečteno, sem už nepojedeme ? Where to start, you are not welcome in this guesthouse unless you are family or family friends. We originally arrived for 3 nights but left after two. You will be ordered to take your slippers and store your shoes in a common "shoe store" (I survived this), in any case in the restaurant, if you order from the owner, you are not sure that you will receive food or drink. So you prefer loud and articulate. Yes and watch out! You have a party at 9:30 pm, because you hand over the room keys at the reception when you leave for the trip and the owner closes the guest house at half past nine in the evening and if you don't make it, sleep where you want (but the night will charge you) and tell you that he does work 14 hours a day so the evening closes and the end. In the end we decided to leave one day earlier, due to the friendly staff, but the gentleman tried to pay us 3 nights instead of 2, because he has general conditions! Bottom line, we're not going here anymore ?
