5 day stay, rented cell house. 10 adults + 12 children. The guesthouse is located on an excellent location within easy reach of cross-country trails and cycle paths. Common spaces are generous. The kitchen is smaller and hur-equipped, especially the oven is missing, and there is only one fridge available, which is insufficient for about 20 people who can accommodate. The rooms are nice and the guests are not disturbing each other. A few beds are old-fashioned with valendy with crawling mattresses. Some of the advertised accommodation is virtually inaccessible to normal mortals (return to the attic). There are no handouts. Some of the linens are made of not very acceptable materials. Accommodation in solid 7/10. Internet contacts are not up to date. The person who answers the phone without greeting any other number to call me. On the site of the pension is advertised the possibility to use the sauna (without further information). For a first-time query during the stay we were offered a one-time offer for an additional fee of 470, - / person. So we haven't used the most expensive sauna ever. A separate chapter is communication with the owners. Mrs. owner was from the beginning unpleasant. For example, we were told that she came for the money (without prior agreement) and nobody in the cottage - we were on the trip. On departure, he was bothered by the fact that he was in the dishwasher (there was no washing cycle since the morning). At the same time, expectations of cleaning or selling were not communicated. But the real thing was lost from one of the rooms (which eventually came to be). Mrs. kricela, she asked for lost key 5000, -, she tried to sign us the paper, that we lost the key of 15 000, - and the crown of all was put on by the owner who later called and threatened the police, the court and finally that “Comes to break up”. Last but not least, he said he wanted to throw us out right now and regrets he didn't. Why, we haven't learned that. What would happen if something less of the ordinary happened, I dare not guess. Then it turned out that the children had damaged one fragile decoration item. Again she followed completely disproportionate and hysterical reaction. Forgotten keys or equipment damage is always unpleasant for both sides, but it is a common part of the operation of the pension. The compensation can always be reasonably arranged. However, this situation cannot be resolved by the owner. Owing to the owner's ownership, only really hardy individuals can be recommended.

It is impossible to deny anything to this guest house, I was absolutely satisfied with everything.

The room "outside the house" is heated by direct heaters, which are noisy, so at night you have to add ... - The sauna is listed on the website, but we were told on the spot on request that a fee of CZK 470 per person is charged for the use of the sauna ... - Above all: poor communication with the owners and inadequate behavior in solving situations that are, in my view, when renting a guest house quite common .. (lost room key, unintentional damage to the decoration).

We wanted a sauna for about eight o'clock in the evening. He started teaching me if I also went to the movies at about eight o'clock, that he wanted to know exactly. Upon arrival, the owner just handed us the keys, quickly led us through the bottom and did not give us any further instructions. Luxury stay in Klíny. Immediately upon arrival, the owner greeted us and took us through the apartment, showing us everything we needed. She advised where to go to see. Apartment clean, spacious, parking right in front of the building and mainly located in a very quiet part on the outskirts of the village.
