Ž	Žaneta Hlínová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný to je krásný ... moje první slova po příjezdu. Sjezdovka kousíček pěšky. Zpět můžete na lyžích nebo snowboardu. Pod penzionem autobusová zastávka, kdo pěšky jít nechce. Parkování hned u penzionu. Personál milý a ochotný. Pokoje krásně čisté. Rádi se budeme vracet. Moc děkujeme :). Beautiful is beautiful ... my first words after arrival. Ski slope a short walk. You can go back skiing or snowboarding. There is a bus stop below the pension, who doesn't want to walk. Parking by the pension. Staff nice and helpful. Rooms beautifully clean. We will be happy to return. Thank you very much :).

Paní majitelka nepochopila že hosté jsou zdroj její obživy, vznášela se tam moc divná atmosféra. Accommodation was beautiful and clean, spacious apartments well furnished. But if you don't like people, you shouldn't run a guesthouse. The owner did not understand that the guests are the source of her livelihood, there was a very strange atmosphere.

Ihned od příjezdu problém za problémem, neustálé poznámky a komentáře na cokoli se zeptáte /požádáte. Aneb "Otevřeli si penzion, ale chodili jim tam lidi". Arogantní, neochotní, konfliktní,... Nikdy více. Raději se vyhnout obloukem. The guesthouse itself and its equipment in order. But the owners, it's a completely different song. Immediately upon arrival problem after problem, constant remarks and comments on anything you ask / ask. Or "They opened a guest house, but people went there." Arrogant, reluctant, conflictual, ... Never again. Better to avoid the arc.
K	Kateřina Šizlingová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bod za čistotu, apartmán velký, zařízení starší, ale stačilo. přístup majitelů otřesný, napružení a konfliktní. penzion by neměl vést někdo, kdo nemá kladný vztah k lidem a slušnou a klidnou komunikaci má v rejstříku sporadicky. ubytování nedoporučuji. point for cleanliness, apartment large, equipment older but enough. the attitude of the owners is appalling, tense and conflicting. the guesthouse should not be run by someone who does not have a positive attitude towards people and has decent and quiet communication in the register sporadically. I do not recommend accommodation.

Majitel i majitelka byli velmi ochotní a milí, pomohli když jsme potřebovali a byli nám k dispozici po celý náš pobyt. Pouze rodina, která byla ubytovaná ve stejný termín jako my, se dost opila a svým chováním pokazila všem konec Nového roku. Byli jsme tu poprvé a určitě ne naposledy :-) Upon arrival, our room was ready and clean. The owner and the owner were very helpful and nice, helped when we needed and were available to us throughout our stay. Only the family, which was accommodated on the same date as us, got quite drunk and ruined everyone's end of the New Year with their behavior. We were here for the first time and certainly not for the last time :-)

Prístup majiteľov katastrofálny, boli nepríjemní, arogantní, bezohľadní. Večer vysedávali vo verejnom priestranstve pri bare, boli hluční takmer do pol noci, rušili deti. Neochotní riešit minimálne požiadavky alebo požiadavky ktoré im prinesú peniaze (zariadiť raňajky ktoré majú sami v ponuke). Majitelia si nevážia zákazníkov a peniaze, ktoré im prinášajú. Určite neodporúčam, obzvlášť nie pre rodiny s deťmi. Accommodation relatively clean, spacious. Rooms without towels, spring in the kitchen present, but soap in the bathroom unfortunately not. The owners' approach was disastrous, they were unpleasant, arrogant, ruthless. In the evening, they sat in a public area by the bar, were noisy for almost half a night, disturbing the children. They are not willing to deal with the minimum requirements or requirements that will bring them money (arrange the breakfast they have on offer). Owners do not value customers and the money they bring them. Definitely not recommended, especially not for families with children.
