Přijeli jsme už dopoledne- nevadí věci si klidně dejte na pokoj, žádný problém.... německá turistka se nemohla připojit na wifi- správkyně ihned volala poskytovateli připojení a záležitost řešila... jiný, než plný počet dát ani nemohu. Naprostá spokojenost. Large and clean rooms, and excellent and helpful caretaker. We arrived in the morning - don't mind putting it in peace, no problem .... the German tourist could not connect to the wifi - the administrator immediately called the connection provider and resolved the matter ... other than the full number I can not even. Absolute satisfaction.
K	Kira Janßen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Penzion sah relativ verlassen aus. Die Zimmer wiesen an den Wänden Schimmel auf (auch in der Küche). Das Zimmer roch nach Nikotin. Die Heinzung pustete nur kalte Luft. Sehr hellhörig , wir wurden durch andere Gäste um 5.30 wach. Insgesamt kein Aufenthalt bei dem wir uns wohl fühlten. The pension looked relatively deserted. The rooms had mold on the walls (also in the kitchen). The room smelled of nicotine. The Heinzung just blew cold air. Very badly soundproofed, we were awakened by other guests at 5.30. Overall, not a stay we felt comfortable with.

The whole house smells of saltpetre. This scent is attempted to cover up with scent sticks throughout the home.
S	Spike Jahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eine Pension die mit viel Liebe geführt wird und ihr Charm in den kleinen Details durch den Besitzer zum Tragen kommt. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen. Gastfreundlichkeit wird groß geschrieben. Ich empfehle die Pension mit gutem Gewissen weiter und werde selbst gerne wieder kommen. Dazu kommt, daß es sehr gut gelegen ist. Zum Wandern und zum Shoppen auf dem Markt ein super Startpunkt. Die Ausflugsziele in der Nähe sind z.B. Prebischtor und Edmundsklamm aber auch in die sächsische Schweiz ist es nur ein Katzensprung. It is a pension that is run with a lot of love and its charm comes through in the small details of the owner. Pets are welcome. Hospitality is very important. I would recommend the guesthouse with a clear conscience and would love to come back myself. In addition, it is very well located. A great starting point for hiking and shopping on the market. The nearby destinations are e.g. Prebischtor and Edmundsklamm, but Saxon Switzerland is also only a stone's throw away.
L	Lucie Soukupova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc doporučujeme !! Paní majitelka velice příjemná, komunikace skvělá, s ničím nebyl problém. Pokoje čisté, uklizené. Na to, že paní majitelka nabízí nejlevnější ubytování v Hřensku a čekaly jsme, že to bude průměrné, tak jsme tedy byli neskutečně překvapení a spokojení. ( Samozřejmě jsem si četla nejdříve recenze :) a svou spokojenost jsem jen potvrdila :) Fajn lokalita, všude je to kousíček :) We highly recommend !! Mrs. owner very nice, communication great, there was no problem. Rooms clean, tidy. The fact that the owner offers the cheapest accommodation in Hřensko and we expected it to be average, so we were incredibly surprised and satisfied. (Of course I read the reviews first :) and I just confirmed my satisfaction :) Nice location, it's a bit everywhere :)

The owner is friendly and taking care of the guests. No breakfasts unless you prepare your own, some facilities available.
M	Mira Velkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view! Our room was spacious, clean and warm. The bathroom was clean with hot water. The kitchen on the top floor had everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful. The dogs are more than welcomed here. :) There's a lot of free parking spots infront. The price is great for what you get!
